Clayton Park Walk-In Medical Clinic

This clinic deserves 2 star because we can walk in and consult in the morning and afternoon shifts.
Do not expect warm welcome, receptionist shows no mercy on you.
You have to wait outside in the queue at least an hour before the shift starts.
Can't blame the staffs, they are overwhelmed with the patients everyday.
Reason is only the poor medical facilities in the province.

The receptionist in the front desk is really bad she keeps yelling at people.

The old lady who gives out the numbers in the morning, literary shouts, I don’t know whats wrong with them but at least they can be nice especially to those who are in queue since 7am and been told to come back after 12: 30 because she have already got enough people, she should at least give the number to everyone so we know where we are at and we don’t have to come again and make another queue just to get the number!

What great service. Receptionist is wonderful and very efficient. Only down side were que jumpers who waited in their cars while the rest of us stood in the rain. The Receptionist said if we had spoken up when she first came out she would have sent hem back to the end of the line. So when this happens to you, say so at 0820 hrs when the door opens.

It's not bad, not great.

I arrived a few minutes after 7 on a Saturday morning. There were already about 6 people waiting outside (they open at 8: 20 or 8: 30) and shortly before a woman handed out numbers for each person. The first few people all got taken into rooms to wait for a doctor (who showed up around 9: 15 ish) while the rest of us shuffled into the waiting room.

You need a picture of your health card or to have it physically, if not, or it's expired they charge cash (45 bucks) so yeah no debit. The issue really was the amount of waiting, I arrived around 7, to leave shortly after 11. It look at of 5 minutes to be done with the doctor, and I didn't even bring up my second issue as he seemed to just want to move onto the next one lol.

If you show up early enough, I think it's not half bad.

I went there in their opening hours but the front receptionist said we are closed come back at 1: 30 I was far from my home so I wait there almost more than 1and half hours but when I went back at 1: 30 she said we are not accepting more appointments for today
It’s really bad for them

The lady on the front desk is so rude. When I said I am new here she said we have booked 50+ patients for today we cannot take you there are only 2 people in the waiting area. She is genuinely so rude. I have never seen this kind of customer service before. I lived in Ontario and I have been to the walk in clinic so many times but never had this much bad experience
