I can't say enough about the great service. My walls are 12" thick, 9 of which is a concrete/mortar mix and contains large stones and boulders. It took them pretty much the whole day to install the heat pump, four hours of that drilling. They showed up on time and texted me 15 mins out they were coming. They worked through lunch, worked and communicated well together. No one ever idle, just worked hard and diligent. Answered all my questions and concerns and gave me some sound advice.
I was impressed and satisfied with every step of the installation process, great price and they assisted me with the rebate.
I highly recommend Clean Air Atlantic, worth the call.

Last fall, we got 3 quotes to install 2 heat pumps in our home. The price was right with all 3, however, the placement of the unit upstairs was not right, for me, also one unit outside. I did not like putting one outside unit at the front of the house, or the unit upstairs in the front living room. We gave up. I read on FB about Clean Air Atlantic so gave them a call. Patrick gave us a quote and had no problem with my ideas for the upstairs units, inside and out. He was also our installer for the job, working way past dark in the cold to finish, an expert at details, cleanup, and working hard to get er done. Your Samsung products have a better warranty in years, a good reputation with our past use of other Samsung products.however, it was Patrick that sold the deal. He is a very strong employee, lots of knowledge of the product, hard working, and he helped "us ol folks" with the technical details to link pumps/phone. Thanks for the toasty warm mornings, Clean Air Atlantic, and Patrick, we sure love our new heat pumps.

Replaced on demand water heater with a hot water heat pump. Great service. Highly recommended.
