Great experience! We were given a fair quote on our used vehicle. It had a few imperfections, which we noted before we got the quote. Being the skeptics that we are, we thought they had just quoted us a good price to draw us in, only to have them lower their offer after an inspection, but we were pleased when they stuck with their original offer. The whole process took less than an hour. We were assisted by Nelson who was a pleasure to do business with. Thank you!

Horrible experience. Unreal to reach them. They have a live chat, and they redirect you to call. When you call them, they proposed leave a message with no call back.

The process was incredibly smooth. Really competitive prices and hassle free process.
Chad delivered the car, on time. He was really nice and friendly. Dropped off the new car and picked up the trade-in (also really well valued).

The next day, I took the car out and found out there was a glass chip on the driver's window. I contacted Clutch and even though glass is not covered by the warranty they agreed that it was something pre-existing that should have been addressed before delivery. Brendan was very professional and helpful throughout the process.

I took the car to get the window replaced and I received the reimbursement within 2 days.

I also noticed that the trunk handle was missing and Clutch sent me the piece in the mail to install on the car.

They are very, very professional and honest. I would 100% recommend.

I sold my car to Clutch in January 2023. Dropped off the car and was paid 200 CAD. Processing time was extraordinarily quick. I Dropped off the car at about 11am and payment hit my account at about 9pm the same day. I recommend Clutch as long as the service level is maintained.

Very smooth experience with Clutch Halifax team, especially Chad & Angela from Toronto.

Filled my vehicle details online last night and got the accurate appraisal from website.
Had a hassle free experience, Clutch team was super fast and able to help me early morning even though I submitted my details after hours.

From putting details on website to dropping off vehicle & receiving money whole process was super fast completed within the same day.

I’m sad because I wanted this so badly to be a great experience. I bought a mini (super happy with the car) I had been trying to buy this car since the beginning of July. It took me until early August to actually be able to purchase it. (you can’t book a car more than 14 days in advance. - be aware) finally my delivery day came - I took the day off work … waiting … waiting …. Nothing - finally get a call - my car has been damaged on the hood they need to keep it for repairno photos no further information no proof for follow up. Also I live in the country - I have no car. I’m expecting my car today. I have no way to get groceries or anything because I expected my car I booked 2 weeks (which is their max so ample time) in advance
It took from Monday until Friday - a whole WEEK. I explained that I now have to take two days off of work for delivery … I have no vehicle and have had to beg and borrow and I am super upset. The MOST they could offer me was a 200 gift card. I am now writing this review because I still haven’t received the gift card which I gave ample opportunity for them to offer more due to the absolute inconvenience this caused me for an entire week + missed days+ filling another persons car with gas. It is not good enough. I went to give my car (which again I love) a bath yesterday and noticed a HUGE on the roof near the hood rails a which I am assuming was the “hood dent” this big dent was not on the inspection report or noted anywhere. I’m so mad … so so mad.
No compensation for an absolute nightmare experience and then this.
No fix for the reason. My car got delayed day of delivery for a WEEK and now I’m chasing around an apology gift card that should have been enough to cover all of the issues caused (upwards of 1000.00 between missed work, borrowing, and just general customer satisfaction)
I even sent multiple emails privately to the customer care team telling them I’m not satisfied and I want a better outcome as to not blast them publicly but all they could do was a 209 pre paid visa.
Buyer beware.
You better have time and a back up plan if your pursuing this option.
It’s a shame because the customer support team was so lovely and I love my car.
Make sure you have a fail safe if your ordering from clutch ; and don’t get your hopes up: (: (

Clutch was an extremely easy way to buy a vehicle. I recently moved to a rural area without a car and it's been a bit stressful trying to figure out the best way to purchase a vehicle.

Using Clutch, I found a used car at great price, confident that it was in good condition. On the listing, Clutch provided full details of the vehicle, and highlighted all/any issues (only minor wear and tear in my case) with photos.

They delivered directly to my house, the driver was a pleasure to deal with. The car was extremely clean and came at the scheduled delivery time. I paid in cash so I didn't go through their financing process, but the handoff was a breeze. I'm not worried about the car as I have 10 days to return and 30 days if anything goes wrong with the car.

In the era of convenience, this definitely beats dealing with a dealership salesperson or flaky private sales!

Clutch is the home team! Why go into the arena of the dealership where they are comfortable and on their home turf with their upsell tactics and salesman/woman speak that leaves you feeling pressured. Clutch brought the deal to me over the internet and delivered the car to my home no pressure no upselling and on my time schedule essentially on my home turf. The home team wins! This is my first purchase through clutch and they hit it out of the park, will recommend to friends and family.

They stepped up and took care of the repairs needed and took the stress out of these expensive repairs.they have gone above and beyond to rectify the situation and I am so glad that they were there to help through the process. A big thank you goes to all them at Clutch especially Daniel & CEO Dan Park for taking the time to care. I could not be happer!

Edit: I have been driving this car for to and from work for just over a month (didn't drive for 2 weeks) and already have had to put over $800 into repairs on it that are "regular maintenance" and not covered by them or the extended warranty.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. I
would give this company O stars and would not
recommend to anyone at all. I placed a deposit
for a vehicle beginning of May 2022. I was
going to initially go pick up the vehicle from
their Richmond facility, the day before pick up
they hit me with surprise fees that weren't
disclosed their price break down. Which I
wasn't obligated to pay.
Then they offered to deliver the car for me by
adding $400 to the price of the car and $500
shipping fee. A total of $900 increase because
I'm in desperate need of a vehicle and I had no
option but to agree on paying it. The vehicles
delivery was set for May 20th, and I got a call
the day before saying they cannot deliver on
that day because they chose to leave
inspections to last minute. And then Delayed it
over to the 25th. I then called them on the day
of 24th to make sure everything is on the track
for the delivery and they ensured everything's
great and then Half an hour later they gave me
a call saying they won't be able To make the
delivery on the 25th either (THE DAY BEFORE
DELIVERY AGAIN). At this post I've been
waiting for almost a month for the delivery of
the vehicle and they keep leaving everything to
last minute and delaying the delivery. Super
unprofessional and unethical. Pathetic
company and will make sure no one I know
ever has to deal with them either.

Wow! Is all I can say. Clutch made the buying experience so stress free. I picked my car from the comfort of my living room. The professional people ensured I was informed every step of the way. The vehicle was delivered to my door and the financial paperwork was thoroughly explained. When I discovered my car had a mechanical issue, at no time did I feel I was going to be stuck with a huge repair bill. Had the cars warranty not covered the repair I was assured the clutch 90 day warranty would take care of it. I would never buy another car any other way again.

I sold my car to Clutch and would recommend it to anybody selling or buying a vehicle.

After completing the online questionnaire, I was very satisfied with the initial offer Clutch made me. Booking a pickup time was easy and convenient. All I had to do was upload copies of my driver's license, direct deposit info, and vehicle registration.

I was a little skeptical at first, especially about the fact that the money would be wired to me after the car was picked up but Clutch was very attentive and answered all my questions within 30 minutes.

During the pickup, the employee did a quick walk around, tested all the controls, and moved the vehicle forward and backward. I was expecting some sort of administration fee or a reduction in the offer but to my surprise, the initial online offer did not change! The car was picked up on Saturday and I received my payment the following Tuesday.

This is a terrific way to sell a vehicle. Half of the inquiries on Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and Autotrader were scammers. I had some legitimate offers from those sites, but none were as good as the one Clutch gave me. 4 out of 5 stars because the employee was not wearing company attire which made it seem like a random person was going to drive my car away. Other than that I had a wonderful experience dealing with Clutch!

This by far was the easiest way to buy a car. All the information about the vehicle you are looking at is there.carfax, imperfections on the veh (if any), 10 day guarantee, etc. No driving here, there & everywhere to test drive vehicles. And the vehicle was dropped off at my driveway. Great service.

Had a great experience dealing with Clutch.ca. Vehicle was as described. New safety inspection (NS), 30 day permit, clean inside and out, full tank of gas and delivered right to our door. Will definitly be referring friend and family to your auto service. Keep up the great work.

So my experience with clutch ben really good but I wont gave 5 stars they need to work on car warranty bit more how a car worth $24 000 doesn’t come with a warranty yes it’s a 2015 little old but keep in mind around 60 000 km while other car dealerships do offer warranty at least 1 year regardless of the year and the mileage of the car that the first thing i didn’t like the second thing is the advisors they are not trained very well i highly recommend to look at that first a advisor tell me i needed a co sign from my father after i was already approved and second after delivery they asked me for 2 phone reference wich is weird no one as asked me that for my previous car.and a big huge problem right now i seen in my bank account that a payment wen through for my previous car while in next friday i have a payment for the new car so they need to work on that 2 department i like wich is the delivery service and the customer service chat they are the greatest ever but this is like descrimination DESCRIMINATION why they do not offer registration for new brunswick but only toronto ottawa they could at least gave a check with a certain amount of money to do so but no they do not what kind of dealership is this

Really no hassle purchasing my vehicle. Staff are courteous friendly and respond to all texts or phone calls.
The car I bought is great at a very competitive price. The delivery driver was excellent. Fast, friendly and answered all my questions.
I would definitely recommend to my family or friends.

My wife and I both used Clutch for purchasing our new cars and are absolutely thrilled by the process. This was my wife’s second Clutch purchase. The process of trading in and purchasing with was extremely easy. My least favourite of auto purchasing is the dealership haggling and Clutch takes this out of the equation. I would highly recommend checking them out!

I traded in my vehicle and purchased a new-to-me one through Clutch recently. The trade-in appraisal I received was very fair and their website was intuitive as I browsed the vehicle selection, they provided a load of pictures, detailed inspection report and free access to the Carfax which brought me a lot of confidence in the buy-online process.

After making the decision to move forward with the purchase my advisor was professional, detailed and quick to respond to any of my questions or needs, the vehicle was shipped to me quickly and without incident (and with a full tank to boot!).

The field advisor who dropped off the vehicle, took my trade and helped me through the final paperwork was similarly friendly and professional and made the whole experience very pleasant overall.
