I was referred to Ashley Seamone by a colleague who knew I suffered from headaches. I can say with confidence that of all the doctors and tests I have been through - Ashley has helped tremendously in minimizing the frequency of those headaches, and it is not uncommon for me to go weeks or even months without one when I was used to them daily. Ashley our osteopath did an amazing job helping my 7 year old with some digestive issues, abdominal pain and hip problems.

When my 5 week old son was having trouble nursing, I felt so overwhelmed and discouraged. My lactation consultant recommended Dr Michelle MacDonald for chiropractic work to help with the tension in his mouth, jaw and neck. Michelle got us in right away and I immediately felt at ease with her. She explained everything and was so gentle and kind with my baby. After only 1 session his issues were almost 100% resolved. We went back a 3 more times just to make sure the issue was completely resolved then we were told we could come back whenever we needed to but that we were good to go! As happy as I am that my son is nursing well again, I know he will miss his new friend Michelle!

Over the years I have had a number of treatments for shoulder pain which would alleviate it for a short time but it always returned. A few friends had recommended Osteopathy. Fran Wright immediately found the source of the pain and after 3 treatments, my shoulder is pain free.
At a later date I began experiencing pain on my lower back and sought out Osteopathy again. This time I was treated by Maxine Jeffrey. And again, after a few appointments I had relief.
Osteopathy will now be my first choice of treatment for any issues going forward.

Throughout our battle infertility and with the birth of our first (IVF) baby she was an amazing resource for info/treatment. She referred freely (and effectively) for all of our needs (Chiro, Accupuncture, Pelvic Physio). She also helped post natal with body work for our infant son’s lip/tongue tie releases.

If you are looking for a phenomenal osteopath, I highly recommend Ashley. She is super knowledgeable and ensures that you are informed on your treatment. If you have been thinking about trying acupuncture go for it! Leah Duncan is a great listener and helped me identify areas I wanted and/or needed help. I have had a tremendous fear of needles my entire life and it's always stood between myself and trying acupuncture. I decided in 2021 I was going to change that. I took the plunge for various reasons such as headaches, digestion, gallbladder attacks, soften fine lines and wrinkles on my face and monthly female concerns. I booked one appointment per week for three weeks. After the second appointment I was so impressed I decided to add two more Fridays. Leah helped me each week to tweak the needles to my body's needs and I couldn't be happier. Acupuncture has completely changed my life and I'm happy to say all of the reasons I've listed for seeking acunpuncture have been addressed. I'm a "lifer" when it comes to acupuncture! The biggest tip I have is don't ignore Leah when she says to flush your body with water afterwards. Do not hesitate to book with Leah!

I had an appointment with Suzanne Moroney for sport massage. I run everyday and finding a person who understand an athlete body mechanism was really hard for me. She did a great job and I am completely satisfied with her service and knowledge of anatomy. Also, she gave some suggestions as well to help my leg muscles heal faster. Amazing experience. I would definitely go again.

I've been seeing Laura Gfeller, physiotherapist, for several years now for my severe running injuries and niggles because she is sincerely the best at what she does. She is professional, compassionate, and smart as a whip. The rest of the team at Coastal are also wonderful, especially Amy and Andrew, a chiropractor. I'm grateful for all of their efforts of keeping me on the road, doing what I love most.

Recently visited Ashley Seamone for Osteopathic Treatment. I had been seeing an Osteopath whom I loved and he was very difficult to replace (he retired). But Ashley is absolutely up to the job. She is wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and was so helpful with my issues. The clinic is clean, efficient, friendly and easy to access with lots of parking. I am thrilled to have found Coastal and would/will recommend Ashely to everyone.

But ya, staff was nice, seemed knowledgeable Ielft feeling better.with stuff to work on, on my own.

They seem to have a bunch of options there which is cool, can get whatever needed in one spot.so thats pretty well organized.

I've been going to Coastal for just over a year now. During Covid they are doing an exceptional job on keeping everyone safe with the same processes in place throughout. Jodi has really helped me with my frozen shoulder, and gave me lots of tips to where I recovered much faster. Typically frozen shoulder can last 18-24+ months from start to finish but really in 8 months I had much more mobility thanks to Jodi. Everyone is so professional and personable.

I have been going to Maria for massage therapy for about a year now and have benefitted greatly! I have scoliosis and have noticed significant improvements since becoming a regular patient of hers. She is wonderful to talk to and makes it clear she has your best interest at heart.

I went in yesterday to have my knee looked at. The office was very clean and orderly. Nicole, a physiotherapist, was able to help me out. She diagnosed the problem with my knee and really helped me understand my body and we had some laughs along the way. I am really looking forward to my next visit with her. Thanks Nicole! My knee is feeling better after just one session.

Ashley Seamone is truly amazing. I have gone from living on pain pills to maybe having a Tylenol a week. Ashley may be new to Coastal but she is full of knowledge and information, professional and personable. I've already referred four of my coworkers to her. If you're thinking about trying it, do It!

I had TMJ due to stress, and a friend recommended that I go here to see Mo. He did lots of things to me that were not related to my jaw and it fixed everything immediately and permanently! It feels like some sort of witch doctor experience and it’s a little odd but also amazing at the same time!

Professional atmosphere, and knowledgeable staff make this a great place to recieve your treatment. Even without insurance coverage the prices are reasonable enough to make it a monthly stop.
