Ordered thru the drive thru, order was wring at the window and the scanner forthright app was down. Young lady that first served us would not fix the order, she had the other team member assist us, I had to let him know what the issue was

Great place to have a coffee, clean and organized. Good selection of food, albeit a bit pricey, but it is the only coffee shop. Maaaaaaybe needs a new roaster though as the food is much much better than the coffee (drip)

Was here for a fuel refill and got a wrong drink on another Tim Horton, We talked with a guy incharge called Gaurav, he was exceptional with solving our wrong drinks. We really loved his approach and the way he treated us. Very few Tims do that in Canada...

Probably one of the worst Tim’s I’ve been through. The had 7 people working and only one of those people focused on counter. My food was made incorrectly so instead of the normal 10 minutes It took 25 for an ice cap and French vanilla. Ridiculous.

I always get great drinks at any location. I also like that they have specialty products to try throughout the year. Very happy

The service is usually quick at making your order with not many mistakes.

They always have some or other stuff missing from their menu. They have potato wedges on their menu but when asked for it they say “unfortunately we don’t have it in system”. If you don’t have it in system why do you have it on menu?
