Worst experience. They don’t answer the phone, I had to show up in person over multiple days just to find out what was happening with my vehicle. My vehicle was “maybe” going to be ready by the end of the day for 2 days and it never was. The experience was so frustrating. Do not recommend.

Thank you for seeing me so quick and for doing a great job. Sure it was only and oil change and tire rotation but have I got some dealership horror stories for you. Also thanks to the service advisor for pointing out that I still had a valid service plan and that they are international (at least the one I had). He didn't have to do this but he was a good man for doing so.

Very nice, friendly, competent and professional folks in the service department and front office area. Highly recommend.

Yea what a difference. Worst dealer ever. They never answer there phones. Never return messages. Always the same excuse. Short staffed. What an excuse. Waited 1 yr to get manifold gaskets done. And now passenger side air bag recall. Still can't get an answer. The absolute worst dealer in Sydney

Their lot is very organized.they have lots of trucks to pick from and all vehicles have a deal of some sort

Always great customer service at the Colborne Chrysler service desk! Hate going as it means an unwanted maintenance bill (2012 vehicle), but the awesome people there soften the blow a bit!:)

Even though I bought my vehicle in Winnipeg, I came to Keith Breton had issues with my truck took her to Corbin How do colbourne Chrysler for an 85 point inspection peace of mind and found out my wheel bearing was gone and my front taillight was faulty and they fixed it with no problems no hassle and did a very good job. Very pleased
