I found that the sales and finance staff at Colbourne Ford were helpful and informative during my recent dealings with them. I recommend them to others.

Charged me $700 more than what I was quoted for Engine replacement. The work took 3 weeks instead of 3 days and car did not run properly when I got it back. No loaner car was offered for these 3 weeks. Now having motor problems around 45 days after the repair and when asked about warranty they told me I was already on day 88/90 which is absolutely not true. Horrible experience and customer support.
