Coles - Halifax Shopping Centre

I love Coles, they never let me down. Of I am looking for something, they either have it or are willing to spend some time giving me ideas. That's valuable customer service.

Decent selection and helpful recommendations from the staff
could have more different books but that's fine

Great store! The staff is very helpful, and they know what they're talking about.
One day when I was in there, they were training someone. They explained to me she was training. They were patient with her, answered her questions, showed her things.
I said, everyone has to start somewhere. I wasn't in any rush as she was checking my stuff through.
Great variety of books and other items to check out.

Was very busy on a Sunday afternoon just before Christmas. The store is small and shelves are close together so it can be crowded. But the staff are incredibly helpful. Not afraid to make eye contact and quick to offer help in finding something.
