The staff at Colonial Honda are amazing! I can't say enough about their level of customer service. I feel bad that they've borne the brunt of my unhappiness about my 2018 Civic. The AC has had to be repaired every year since I got it. It will be the last Honda I'll own, but the staff is incredible!

I would say they were doing quite well, I purchased my 2022 Odyssey from their shop on March 2023, the vehicle advisor did pretty well on introducing the Van information and gave detailed introduction on date of my Van Picking. I would suggest their Advisor Sean for vehicle selection in the future if you need.

Went on line to look over the various models available. Entered info to get price on my trade and was quickly contacted by salesperson, George’s Mourad whom asked for photos etc. Sent them shortly thereafter and never heard back from him. Not good customer service that they claim to provide.

Pathetic Customer service, few employees doesn’t care for customers’ demand and they are not polite and respectful. They literally don’t listen to customers and don’t try to satisfy customers even after paying that much.

So I Saw a used car on their website and submitted the online web form with all details and I was contacted within hours so I would give 5 stars on contacting the customer on a non working day. Next day Sales Rep provided with all details including pics and I told him that I would visit the showroom in afternoon on the same day and also gave him an exact time of my arrival. I reach the showroom on time and when I contacted the sales rep he tells me that some one already put a deposit on the vehicle and technically it is sold, he also mentions that some other sales rep sold this vehicle and he was unaware which I don't believe because he was the one who was taking to the buyer, Long story short they don't care about customer time. You can not trust the Sales Rep, they don't value the customer its better go some where else where customer is appreciated.

Note- This is my experience and hope it helps other to take a wise decision.

Extremely disappointed with my experience here, to the point where I would recommend you go to another dealership. I got my ignition fixed for $730. What they did was deactivate my old keyfob's ability to remote unlock my doors and then gave me a seperate key for my ignition. Now my old keyfob can only be used to manually unlock my door, and I got a second key to turn it on. I spoke to the service desk and they are trying to charge me another $240 to get a key that both unlocks my car door and turns my car on. I recieved an automated follow up email asking about my experience from Stewart Malloy the service manager, and I expressed how I was disappointed about the service I was provided to which I recieved no response. I have followed up with another email and left a voicemail, all of which have been ignored. Had I been rude in my responses I could understand why he would not respond, but that was not the case. Due to this, I will be going to a different Honda Dealership to fix my key problem and for everything else going forward.

I have been looking for a specific used car for a long time. After visiting every dealership in my area and all of them saying they’d call back (and never do) we found a sweet deal on the colonial site and spoke to Bruce who sadly told us it was spoken for but that he’d “call us” if it fell through. I thought to myself that’ll never happen but to my surprise he did call. Unfortunately it didn’t work out for the other person and instead of just letting it go to next person on the lot he saved it for me! Now I’m on my way for a 4 hr drive to get my new baby and couldn’t be happier with the service I got. Can’t wait to get there and meet Bruce in person and thank him personally for not being like all the other dealers I spoke too!

We brought our vehicle in because of a shake on one side. Honda filled 2 holes located in the problem tire but did not then put air in the tire afterwards so it was still flat and we had to fill it up. They said they were taking the Van for a test drive to ensure the shake was gone, but the vehicle continued to shake on our drive home. When staff sent out their generic follow up, we asked to speak with someone to to sort out the problem, but they never replied. We also filled out a survey form expressing our displeasure and they never responded.

Bruce was probably the best car salesman we have interacted with in our family's history of buying cars.

Super friendly, personable, and genuine. Ask for him by name. We are extremely happy with our Honda Pilot.

Brought my CRV in due to a crunching/ticking noise whenever I would reverse into my parking spot. Mentioned to them possible axel/CV joint issue. First visit to service - apparently all was fine, they couldn’t hear the noise I was talking about. Had to take a video of the noise I was talking about, no biggie. Second visit to service - apparently my aftermarket brakes were causing the noise. Not to mention, they had to keep my car overnight and had no rentals ok fine but didn’t even offer a shuttle service. Second day of second visit - shop foreman and tech still saying the brakes. I said ok so if I replace the rotors and pads to OEM, will the noise stop? They said no. SO CONFIRMING that they were wrong in the first place and that it wasn’t the brakes. Offered for me to pick the car up. Um no, seems pretty unreasonable to be paying for a car that the dealership can’t even find the problem. Hours go by.finally come to the conclusion that it was the front axel! Lady approaches and says I have a quote here for you. I say no I have warranty. Her: oh let’s see if the axels are covered… looks like the back ones are but I’m not sure about the front. Me: doesn’t make much sense for only half the vehicle to be covered now does it.

Overall, I would have dished out 3500 (1000 for front brake job, and 2500 for axel job). Not to mention the first diagnostic fee that I paid when I brought it in the FIRST time when I had already told you what the exact problem was. Like I’m no mechanic by any means, but yet your technicians and shop foreman couldn’t figure it out?
Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase nor service my vehicle at colonial Honda ever again.

Very disappointed with the service. Tried the first week of August to get my crv in for service as it was having computer issues, they couldn’t get it in before my vacation, was told it was fine to drive but if I wanted to drop it off for a week they may or may not get a chance to look at it. How do a 63 year old leave her car there when her work ain’t on a bus route and ya can’t rent a car in the city. Got back from vacation called and got an appointment for 3 weeks later. They charged me $154 dollars to update my computer as my warranty ran out the end of August.wow 3 year warranty on a computer in a car. I believe a good dealership would have told me when I called that the warranty was running out and squeezed me in. Oh well live and learn. Guess my business goes elsewhere in 2 years. I always drove Hyundai and had a 5 year warranty.

Sold me a 2019 17k car with a broken AC, when tried to get it fixed, told me that its going to be another 2000$, Rip off. Check your cars fully before buying!

Colonial Honda, had to have been one of the best if not the best car buying experiences I’ve had, we drove from Saint John, NB to Halifax, NS to trade our truck for a new car. I highly recommend Colonial Honda, Specifically Tabitha and Rob! Excellent folks to work with, responsive, outgoing, helpful and friendly. They got me a vehicle from another dealer within Steele Auto Geoup delivered, inspected and detailed before I arrived I can’t thank them enough! I will be back in the future for more purchases!

I travel 200 kilometres to deal with Colonial Honda. They are the best dealership I have ever done business with. I just recently purchased a new vehicle and it was the same experience. Curtis and Rick were excellent, along with all other staff. I really enjoy my new CRV Touring. Rick ensured I knew everything about the vehicle before we left. I was pressed for time picking up the vehicle and they made sure they met my schedule. I cannot say enough. Thank You!

Everything is very basic but well executed. I would give a 5 star if they would provide car cleaning services like some other dealerships. Also, the prices for filters are a little excessive especially the cabin filter.

Highly reccomend, Ask for Rob Pring, and you will be looked after absolute stress free, worry free and quick turn around experience with him and Colonel Honda. Professional, offered me more than anyone else for my trade in got me a good interest rate and affordable payments on an si. They also had a larger selection of used vehicles then any other dealer in this city.trust me I looked everywhere for a solid week. Do yourself a favor go see Rob hands down wouldn't reccomend any other dealer after this experience absolute breeze!

The worst customer service you will ever see, we bought a brand new car from this dealer ship, the moment the warranty finished on the car, the transmission gave out, took it to the Honda certify dealer the said they had same issue twice with other customers… we called The dealer ship to see if there is a recall and to see if we can figure something out, we kept getting “someone will call you in 2 business days”. No one called us, we called again and they said someone will call you in 5 business days…we waited and now they say someone will call you in 7 business days!
We just need to know what’s going on.but that seems to be too much to ask for!

You had 1 job. Order me the 2 bolts holds the left rear caliber on a 2010 civic si. 1 job u shiped the 2 bolts in from montreal. 1 job 3 days later u failed. I'd like the right bolts this time, an the wrong bolts u gives me, I don't need them ones I needs the right bolts. Guess these y I always Delt with Portland street/baker drive honda. Or civic pride.

I was looking to buy a Honda Civic and checked out Carson Exports first. The sales guy was ignorant and rude so I left and called Colonial Honda! Spoke to a kind gentleman named Bruce Vickey. Showed up and Bruce met me at the door took me out to show me 3 civics within my budget. Perfect! Was upfront and honest with each car and out of the 3, I ended up liking one specific one. Came back inside and went over the budgeting and helped me figure out exactly what I was getting into and how we could negotiate on the price. Not once did he say ”no we can’t do that” and the outcome was perfect! I ended up with a car! I then chatted with Richard Sweeney and he as well was nothing but kind and upfront! I had the BEST experience at this dealership and I now call this “home” where I will bring my business time and time again! Keep up the fantastic work everyone! Can’t wait to get my car on Monday! Thank you!

I am always very satisfied with the level of service that I receive from Colonial Honda, the service I receive is the main reason I stay with them. There are other Honda dealers closer but the service just doesn’t compare to Colonial. They go above and beyond any expectations I could have from my car dealership.

Update:
The beginning of March I was considering buying a larger vehicle. After stopping in to Colonial Honda and speaking with Matt Dickie, I test drove the 2021 CR-V Touring.
I so glad I did. Matt was very responsive to our needs and not pushy at all. It was late in the day and I’m sure the dealership was about to close. That didn’t matter, Richard in the finance department got me setup with Honda Finance and the next day I picked up my new vehicle. Great team and great service.

Great service during my recent visit here.

We visited Colonial Honda to look at a vehicle. The dealership is clean and spacious and employees are generally friendly. Our salesperson was Bruce. I bought a car from Bruce 4 years ago and had a very pleasant experience. Again this time Bruce was a pleasure to deal with. Bruce like to sell car (just look at all his awards when you visit). He will work very hard to sell you a car. Much better experience than the one we had the day before at the other Honda dealership in town. You’re looking for a Honda, go see Bruce. Alysha was also great to deal with in the finance department.

I purchased 2018 Honda HRV from Honda Robie. Sales department was great. For the past three years I took my Honda there for services, tire changes, oil changes ect. Every time I would book a appointment to wait for the car, not a drop off appointment. Everytime I would sit for hours after the start time of the appointment before my car would even be taken inside. Today I arrived at 120pm for 130pm appointment and at 230pm my car had not moved and staff could not provide a estimate of when or if the car would be ready today. Than reception at service could not even garentee if my tires and MVI could be done by the end of the day. Unable to get a curiously car. I was given my keys back and told they did not know when or if they would be able to get to my car today. The appointment was made two months ago, knowing how busy it would be around this time. There is no customer services, no staff that is able to problem solve or adapte to a situation at this Honda Location. No one seemed to care.

This team is great to deal with. The service folks have always made an effort to work with my schedule to ensure a service delay does not affect my day. The buying experience was overall simple though they do the same song and dance where the offer you the extra warranty/services over a period of visits. While I'm sure that tactic does help some from getting overwhelmed, it is not my preference. I received free a mug for my honest review and you can too.:)
