Please, please consider finding any other hotel.
It's been a year since we stayed there. Cannot Express the anguish I still feel. It was such a horrible experience.
Dirty, disgusting. I cannot imagine how they're still open. Did not sleep all night. Was so afraid of rats or bed bugs.
Took hours of pleading to get them to refund our next 2 nights stay. I really hate to see anyone endure the experience we had that one horrible night.

This place was gross, as it is funny. The chair didn't fit the desk (lol what is the point of having a desk, if you can't sit at it? Haha). "Free parking at site" means street parking for 2 cars. The website has photos of a breakfast room, breakfast foods, and reviews of their "continental breakfast" - which doesn't exist. You have to be thin as a rail to fit on the toilet as it is so close to the wall. Bed was on the floor, lol - not the bed advertised on the site, which I booked for. If you have mobility issues and decide to stay here, good luck Pal. God speed.

We couldn't find a room, it must be a good place, but we couldn't tell. It looks clean, I just don't think it has a lot of parking and we found it difficult to park outside the building.

Good helpful staff, acceptable room and shower, awful smelly entrance - needs new carpets, decoration and total Steam clean. You get a much better price if you leave your purchase to the last minute

The guy at reception was extremely nice, thats as far as the positives go.
There is a pretty gnarly smell throughout the whole building, and the parking is extremely bad, I stayed 2 nights and just hoped I didnt get a parking ticket.
I personally wouldnt stay here again.

Clean, comfort beds, and very friendly staff. No on-site parking, but there are public lots in the vicinity. They're currently working on updates.

We checked in and checked out immediately. I booked a room with queen size bed. Got a room with twin beds. No bathroom. No parking. Desk clerk was not friendly. Didn't feel safe.
Would not recommend. No cable, unless you had Netflix or Comcast app.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. DISGUSTING MOLD FILLED INN WITH CRACK HEADS RENTING FULL TIME SLAMMING DOORS ALL NIGHT SMOKING CRACK ON THE FRONT STEPS. NO HOT WATER THE LADY AT THE DESK WOULDNT HELP ME CONTACT ANYONE IN MANAGEMENT TO GET MY MONEY BACK. ONLY WENT FOR THE NIGHT TO GET A BREAK FROM THE HOSPITAL WHERE WE STAY WITH OUR SICK DAUGHTER. NOT IMPRESSED ONE BIT AND STILL WANT MY MONEY BACK! TRASH MANAGEMENT. TRASH HOTEL. But. They had a microwave, so they're STILL better than the Point Pleasent lodge.

Rooms were clean and tidy, I didn’t like the mattress it was a bit hard other than that was a great stay thanks
