Been a costumer of Cozy Fuels for around 15 years now. Was dealing with big companies before, really frustrating that you have to negotiate a price with the “big boys” With Cozy, pricing is upfront, clear, and more than fair.
Cozy has never been late with a delivery and never been later than next day delivery.

I have to say they are very reliable and friendly! With the cold front coming I decided yesterday to get more oil and It was in the tank 6: 37 this morning! Thanks to my driver!

We started using Cozy Fuels many years ago. At that time, we had an emergency and our regular fuel/service people told us they couldn’t help for a few days. Frantically, I started calling other companies. The very friendly person I spoke with at Cozy Fuels assured me he would be at our house within the hour. He was true to his word. Customer service was no help, very short on answers and matter of fact that we were out of luck.

Extremely unsatisifed with service, will never Get oil from here again, after getting oil for months and using same amount every month they decided to randomly preauthorize a payment of an extra 200$ without saying anything and once confronted tried to blame the price of oil as if oil goes up that much in a month, then said they “refunded” the amount and it would be instant and it was the bank holding the funds but when bank was contacted they said that it was on cozy fuels end. Let’s just say it’s a rip off and we will no longer be customers. And are out $700. And the best they could do it say well the bank can hold your money for 30 days even though they randomly took extra money from us.
