They were very fast and thorough. I can't even tell there was ever a ding in my car door. Customer service is exceptional.

Amazing service from time of appraisal to the repair being completed! They kept me in the loop on each step of the way and the repair was perfect! Very professional team!

They are knowledgeable and do quality work, but I'm just glad I went elsewhere for a quote.
For example, I needed to replace my hood due to rust. I was already there to fix my front bumper cover after an animal collision. Another shop quoted me 400 for the piece alone, whereas Keizer's informally estimated it would be around 800.
The quote for all the rustwork was almost twice as much as the other shop.
They totally missed the crack in the front grill.
Definitely worth shopping around.

I received my truck back from an insurance claim, it took some time but I eventually had an abs sensor fault. I looked at the corresponding wheel and saw that the harness was left unclipped, dangling from the wheel liner, the tire rubbed the insulation on the wires and faulted the circuit. I went back to them, and they agreed to make it right but they said they would have to order the part and call me when they had it. I haven't heard from them again. They also cracked the clear plastic on my dash and one of my headlight circuits is shorted out, my truck was fairly new before all this and nothing had ever been taken apart up until Keiser's worked on it.

I would like to up date this review, Kaiser's contacted me and I must say, what an amazing resolution, above and beyond expectations, thank you Greg, Amanda and the rest of the crew.

I can't say enough good things about Keizer's. A seamless experience from start to finish. Everyone is helpful from the time you call, to ordering parts and booking a rental. They only did the work that needed to be done and the work and price matched the estimate. Perfect paint match! My vehicle was returned much cleaner than when I dropped it off. Communication is ideal and the text updates are appreciated. Keizer's even got a feature operating on my vehicle that even the dealer hadn't been able to figure out when i purchased the car. Hopefully we don't smash any more vehicles, but if we do, we'll be back at Keizer's! Thanks everyone!

I had no issue with the work done by CSN Keizer's. The work appears to be quality and all dealings with their team was professional and courteous.

The one issue I did have was with the service provider they dealt with to complete the mechanical work (tire install and wheel alignment). That portion of the work was questionable. Another garage was consulted after the work was completed due to concerns.

Issue addressed with CSN Keizer's, awaiting response. If not for the questionable garage work, 5 stars would have been provided.

It was probably the best service I could have ever asked for! The staff was so friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and everything was done on time. The quote was bang on. I never had to wait for anything. They even had my rental car ready to go when I got there and took it back when I returned it. All paperwork was taken care of and a daily message was sent on the progress! I couldnt have been happier. And a huge shout out to Kyle who walked me through all the decision-making along with doing an amazing job fixing my car. He is the best! All in all I give them a 10 out of 10…. More if I could!

Excellent service, dropped off for estimate was very fast! Scheduled appointment to have repairs completed on arrival the Enterprise rental was available and went on my way! They even detailed my car!

Had someone hit my car in a parking lot and cause some damage to the drivers door which needed repair and paint, I brought it to CSN Keizer's and they provided a 10/10 experience with everything from helping organize a rental car to repairing my car completely and dealing with the insurance side of things. They even detailed my car inside and out before I picked it up! Highly recommended!

CSN Keizer’s performed a variety of mechanical and body repairs on our vehicle after a slow speed collision. Their estimate was prompt and thorough and they completed the repairs quickly once all of the parts had been delivered. The text update system was very effective and we always knew who to contact to get answers.

Replaced and painted bumper that went through insurance. Wasn't there long waiting for appointments they took care of things fast.

This place is amazing. I took my car there the day we had the huge wind and rain storm, because the wind took my door and did major damage. I knew or thought for sure that it was going to take forever to get it back due to delays of covid etc. I got it back after 2.5 weeks. They did an amamzing job. It looks like a brand new car. They also detailed it, something that other places never did. I think the best thing i liked was that they kept me updated with everystep of the way. The staff there are amazing too. If (which i really hope not, i ever need them again for an accident) i will def be choosing them. I hole heartly recommend this place!

I’ve used Keizers on several occasions for repair work as a result of damages in an accident and from traffic paint. Their client service is excellent as is the quality of their work. They thoroughly have attended to all of the required repairs and return the vehicle in as new condition with fine detailing throughout. Highly recommend this shop.

Choice of servicer forever.no pressure dealing but keeps you advised of anything that will need replacing or servicing over time. Shop is run with fine detail to customer service. The showroom and service area alike are refreshingly clean. Give them a try you won't be disappointed!

This was my second time using Keizers in the last couple years. The first my jeep was hit and the second I needed a rooftop antenna repair. The service level is simply outstanding! They did a fender dent repair from a winter mishap a little over two years ago. I utilized their online quoted process and Amanda (the office manager, who was AWESOME to work with) had a quote returned to me within a couple of hours. I wasn't able to do the repair at that time, however, when I called back 10 months later, the updated quote was almost identical which was very impressive to me. There was a difference of less than $10, and that's only because of a price increase on a dealer piece of molding (go figure a dealer increase, lol). We dropped the car off on a Monday morning and Amanda called Wednesday just after lunch and said it was completed. That was fast! The job itself is immaculate! Couldn't even tell where the dent was. Even the metallic flakes used in the paint on the repair matched 100% to the original. Would I use them again? Absolutely!

They did a good job on the repair of my Tesla Model 3. Passenger rear door was dented and they repaired it, painted it and feathered the paint front and back to closely match the original finish. Work was completed within the time frame they initially indicated.

There were some communications issues that occurred while the work was taking place. These were quickly escalated and resolved by Dale.

I would definitely suggest that they seek some manufacturer training on how to better handle working on cars like the Tesla. Car should have been put in service mode while they were working on it so I wasn't receiving notifications of doors and windows being left open the entire time.

Great work but overcharged me 3000 dollers on fixing my 2017 Hyundai elantra and put on a new rim for no reason ($436), a headlight package for no reason ($2100) and kept my h I d headlight bulb from my already working headlight, Then did a 52 point inspection and didn't notice the 2 different color headlights thanks to there pretty theft. Unbelievable keizers!

5 stars isn't enough for Dale and Lindsay, and the many hands that brought my car back after a nasty collision.
From the moment my car was towed to their yard, I was kept up-to-date. I received emails as it moved along Keizer's multi-stage, thorough, process. I got my car the day they said it would be ready. I didn't even have to deal with any insurance adjusters or claim paperwork. Everything was done for me.
I'm sure, for Keizer's, it was just another day of fixing cars. For me, my experience made me feel like royalty! My recommendation is without reservation or hesitation.

You get what you pay for. The repairs have always been top notch and the service is good. They go the extra steps and help with vehicle rentals and clean your car as well.

Had a minor fender bender and they did a great job fixing. The body work and paint job was excellent. They also did a 52 point assessment and cleaned my vehicle both inside and out! Great service.

My husband was in a fender bender last month in my car and it was brought to Keizer's for repair work. I'm VERY impressed with the results but I was even more impressed that they went even further to clean my vehicle inside. As someone who is 7 months pregnant this is a HUGE help. Front desk team is stellar 5/5. Had to refuse replaced part as it was damaged 3/5. While they immediately took care of that it was disappointing their own quality assurance did not catch it.

People at the front desk were super nice and very helpful, not to mention the amazing job Kiezers did on my car!

Front counter folks are great to deal with, friendly, professional. The disconnect is between them and the people working in the shop. I had to take my vehicle back to them 3-4 times so that they could fix the issue back to factory spec as they said they could. I end up having to involve the owner. One of their workers even damaged my vehicle but didn't bother trying to fix it. They also didn't do a quality job in repairing one spot back to factory spec. It was all fixed in the end and looks good. I wasted a lot of time running my vehicle back and forth for the multiple appointments having to take time off work to do so. No compensation offered.
