Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Went into the store and was quickly served however then I waited for 15 minutes for my blizzard while they concentrated on the drive thru. Numerous employees, included the one that initially served me were just standing around talking.

Love me some DQ. Flamethrower double burger combo for me last time. Mushroom cheese melt is another to check out! Great service, great food, can't go wrong.

They are rude and slow can't do their jobs talk in their own language ignorant and ignore counter

Good ice cream and cake, if you buy anything other than that I’m not sure what you expect from A place called Dairy Queen.

The workers here barely speak english. Their intercom is so broken you cannot place an order and them understand a word you are saying. Their lobby is also closed due to covid over 2 years later. Pathetic waste of time.

The dine-in part of the restaurant is has been closed for a very long time now, like, almost a year. For what reason? If your in the middle of transitioning the restaurant from dine in to drive-thru only then maybe open multiple drive through lanes and transform the diner into a second kitchen so you can actually get order out the window.

Seriously, why is the dine-in closed?

Not much to say as it was very busy and took about 30 mins to have my order placed. Service was alright as normally it’s better than it was this one night which I am assuming is a one off.

Extremely disappointed in the Amherst NS, location not answering the phone to place orders, closing the main dining and inside ordering, not having any products at the store.

Drive through only no dining when we went-i understand that but at least have the bathroom open or the place for ordering. This spot is not attached to another establishment so when nature calls would need to pop a squat in front next time lol

A quick lunch. The food was pretty good, but fairly greasy. But that's probably why it tasted good. The store was fairly clean. Not bad, but not perfect either. The person at the counter wasn't overly friendly, but not unfriendly either.
All in all, it was not the cheapest lunch ever. But the food was pretty good. The store was fairly clean. And the employee wasn't unacceptable either. And more important. I didn't have to eat that terrible food at the more well known burger operations.

One of the worst food service experiences I've had in quite some time. I can't understand how it takes 10 minutes to make 5 icecream items when there were no other customers. Only after we arrived did it become busy. Half the staff we out back gossiping rather than helping the guy out front, when I asked to speak to the manager they had none, the supervisor attempted to fix the order but even she made the error as no one was communicating well.

You know I don't eat here but my vegetarian wife likes the poutine here which I understand is made with a meat free gravy

If you normally like dairy queen, avoid this location. Stopped on route to pei for sloppy, stale and expensive food. Disgusting!

Long wait times and forgets part of you order, you dont know until you are home, you then call and they say sorry.well I would like to have my food sent to me as it was you that didnt give me the things I ordered.they tell me that next time they will. I want it today not next.no next time for this girl!

The food was good but the lack of fries especially when you pay over 10.00 for you meal and only get 10 fries.

Very polite and friendly service! Artisan chicken with ranch and bacon was hot and great flavor. Staff very nice!
