No wait in the drive thru. Food was hot and ready. Just no napkins or dipping sauces in the take out bag. Be sure to check before you drive off.

The washrooms could use an update. Showing their age. Maybe check the lower eating area before blocking it off in the evening. Customers in there to push the garbage cans out of the way to leave.

Pretzel sticks were swimming in grease and literally dripped through the bag onto my leather purse.

Dipped cone had a bunch of extra chocolate dripping everywhere, no napkins, and that chocolate was all over the milkshake glass

Ordered the flamethrower cheese burger combo and ending up waiting 25 minutes to get it. Not another person in the restaurant. Upon receiving the meal the burger was cold so I asked if they could heat it up they agreed. They then just just kinda brought back the burger and seeming did nothing to it as it was still cold. When I want up to tell them again they shrugged like they didn’t care so I decided to leave and just throw out the entire burger with one bite out of it. No offer of a refund or attempt to fix the mistake was made. All in all very disappointing.

Love the ultimate cheeseburger.no sundaes served with all full meals like the sign says.foreigners that do not engage with customers and work slow.

I ordered the blizzard on front it was really awesome…. I like it very much…The service is soo good and staff is too friendly

Not finding it as tasty anymore. Not sure why, just not enjoying the food as much. Something has changed, and in my opinion, not for the better.

The food is good the blizzards are amazing.but the drive threw sucks.don't park on main street while waiting pls your seriously messing up traffic when you do that.

So i have been coming to the Main St location for at least 3-4 yrs. Since the changes in management, as well as all the letting go of incredible staff, this place has gone to the dogs! I come EVERY day & the quality & QUANTITY of the specific item i purchase is a complete disgrace! Somehow, staff do not understand what “FILL TO THE TOP” & 5 PUMPS” mean! That’s pretty basic info is it not! The fact i have to tell them EVERY time is completely ridiculous & they still don’t get it! I get a cup full of ice cream with a tiny bit of toppings. I spend $24 EVERY DAY, 7 days a week, that’s $168/week and they seem to think because i come there so often that they can skimp on my orders! The staff are not very friendly & seem to have attitude when i come back & tell them to do it over. This place is not what it used to be & its all because of new management/owners & staff. I just left there & my blizzards are half full when I ordered a large & this happens every day & im at my breaking point with this place. If i wanted a medium i would have ordered a medium! And im still charged for a large. I used to tip $2.50 EVERY time but no more! Now, they get NO TIP. They NEVER flip my blizzards upside down but i see they do it with everyone else. They know me by name thats how often i go. I have found hair in my blizzards! Its a shame that a place that has had a great reputation for family & friends to come to for a treat for so many years is now just fallen into the hands of people who only care about $$ & to heck with the customers!

Just went through drive thru on way to work and was missing the burger in the order. Don’t even have time to go back.

All the food was freshly cooked, the tossed chicken fingers weren't too saucy and the blizzards were great. It felt more like a restaurant than a fast food place as we were checked in on a few times while eating and the employees ensured we had enough napkins for the little ones, if they got messy.

The food was hot and the onion rings were crunchy. My friend had coffee with burger and she said the coffee was good. We were at DQ in Main St in Dartmouth on Thursday afternoon around 4 PM.

Why are staff not asking to see vaccine passport that are required to dine in in NS? We dîned in and were not asked, nor were others before us.

The parking lot is just too crazy for the volume of people they get, and the drive-thru is insane after 7PM.

Good fan food for low prices. Typically tasty grilled cheese burgers and hand dipped cones of ice cream.

It's DQ not a lot to expect, blizzards were good, under mixed, half was plain ice cream. Their other food is tasteless and sub pare as always. I as most people go for the ice cream not their other menu items

The standards of this location has dropped in the last year. We have been coming here since it was built.
In the last few orders we have gone through the DT and there has always been an issue. So this time we came in. 2 number ones with one ring. Nasty is all I can say. First gloves are used to protect the customers from contamination, not to protect your hands. They need to be changed after each transaction with customers and after each food contact. Not here though it seems though. Second I did not order eyelashes with my fries, nasty. Third the lettuce on my #1 was as rotten as could be also I switch out friend for ring at a cost of an extra. 99 which is not a problem, but please 5 rings in a tray, Dartmouth Crossings DQ is not that cheap. I didnt even want to give you a 1 star but what ever. I left a pic of the burger but I didnt get one of the eyelash.thumbs down. Standards are there for a reason, set them and use them

Just went through drive through and ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait, which is my favourite dessert. Today’s order was the best one I have had in years. Excellent balance of everything. Thank you Dairy Queen.

I was happy.but then this happened. Do you charge some customers twice often? Is this a scam or a fraud of some sort?

Poor service and efficiency. Went in to order for a change since the drive-thru was backed up all the way to the lights. There is only one person ahead of me and their order is only taken after 10 minutes of waiting. Fine, I understand that places are short staffed and its a bit slower. My order gets taken and I step aside. A flood of skip the dishes employees and more customers come in no problem though since I was the second one to come through the line. I see the older lady who is serving people through the cash press done on all five orders for eat in and that's when I know I'll be here longer. She proceeds to ask people what they are waiting for asking people before me and serving them before me. I understand drive thru and eat in times are meant to be short in competition with other stores. Would have loved a better experience as I have always received good service through the drive thru.

Very disappointed. We ordered 2 royal blizzards, 1 peanut butter and 1 oreo. We ordered and 35 minutes later, after multiple people who ordered after us got their blizzards, meals, and etc, we finally got them. My partners isn't even full and they are rather soft and neither have the sauce center promised with the royal blizzards. I would have gone back in but I dont believe there would have been an improvement. Id suggest another location or trying a different ice cream shop

Good food and good service, it just very busy with line ups of cars that leak onto the main road

I love dq, but lately the service here has been trending down unfortunately. They hand you a number and tell you to go park, but we’ve been there a few times and there is literally nowhere else to park and 20 staff are all standing around inside confused as to what’s going on. Hopefully a change happens with some training or something because it’s unfortunate to see such a downward trend. We will probably just end up going to the Dartmouth crossing one soon.

Worst Dq in Dartmouth. More staffn no use. Always wait 15 to 20 minutes to get an order. No coordination. No team work.

Service was good and productive purchased well worth it. The failure of the customer service person to scan my points card shorted me points from a 30.00 purchase.

Food was ok, but it was presented to us by an incredibly rude older woman. I placed an order for myself through Skip the Dishes. Went through the drive thru to pick it up, and they just gave us a number and told us to pull aside. It took awhile and once the old woman finally came out, she says to us in a very rude tone "YOU CAN'T PICK UP IN THE DRIVE THRU! IT HOLDS UP THE LINE! " That's fine, but could've been said much nicer. Very rude too how she wouldn't hand over the food until she had finished lecturing me. To top it all off I grabbed the drink from the tray, and she then rudely said "TAKE THE TRAY! " I mean my customer service expectations are low for a fast food restaurant but this was completely unacceptable.

The place is too busy the drive thru is backed up on the main rd the ice cream is really good I like the oreo blizzard and the peanut buster parfait. It would be nice if they had more space for the drive thru and a wider driveway that would make it better for people that park and walk in the get their orders that's what it needs to have a wider driveway because A lot of people in the drive through line are waiting to get in the parking lot.

I always forget how good their burgers are. Then boom. Nice grilled patty. And of course ice cream.

Food was good but the person working at the window was SUPER rude. Had 0 manners and was unfriendly.

My partner and I just ordered 2 medium blizzards, and I have never been so disappointed! My skor blizzard had close to *zero* Skor bits in it. My partners brownie Dough blizzard had more chunks in it, especially at the bottom, so his was better. We took advantage of the bogo for. 99, so I am assuming the lack of bits is the result. I’ve ordered many, many blizzards for my kids and I over the years, and never have I had such a sparse result; I essentially paid $7+ for ice cream. (See photo: My blizzard is the one almost gone)
