Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

It's a fast food chain, there isn't much to say that people don't already know.
It had a facelift not too long ago on the outside.
Staff seem nice.
It's always looked clean inside and I haven't seen rowdy customers there.
We buy a few ice cream cakes there a year and we have always enjoyed them.

I'm not trying to be "that guy" but if you cannot speak English regardless of where your from you should not be on drive thru whatsoever. Honestly how do you guys think that is a good idea? The wait time is atleast 10-15min+. Then on top of that it's never correct because there is clearly a language barrier. Atleast pretend to care, cmon.

Food was okay, service was par for the course of any fast food outlet.

DQ is our favorite place for burgers, but we'll never be back to the Greenwood location. It used to be great there but has gone way downhill. After many times forgiving them for messing up my order, not giving me everything I ordered, not seeming to understand English when ordering in the drive thru, changing my total between ordering and giving me my change when I have no way of knowing if that's the right total or if they're ripping me off, today was the last visit I'll be making there. Messed up my total, took 4 people to figure out change from $20 and when they gave me less change than I was expecting made some excuse and said the total was actually more. Then I only got one of my combos. I wanted two of the same thing. They charged me $17.90 and thought one combo was all I ordered? Spent another 15 mins repeating over and over again that I wanted two combos and only got one. Went from the only car in the drive thru to having a line up behind me. Food was cold. One of the burgers had a big hole in the bun where someone's thumb went through it and there was a puddle of sauce all over the bottom of the box. And every time THEY'VE messed up in the past year or so since things went to hell at that location, they give the customer attitude and treat you like you're the problem for not accepting their incompetence. You can't mess up that much and not even be nice about it, this is Canada.

My family and I used to love eating here. But nowadays the service sucks and no one there can take orders. After I went through the drive-thru and drove home my sauce and tossed chicken was plain and didn't get the kids burger or fries. I m tired of incompetent service and WILL NOT be back.
