Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Messed up my order. Ordered the baccon deluxe and my burger had no baccon, no lettuce, no tomatos, but extra pickles. Don't know who's order I got but they shouldn't screw up this bad

The staff working today could use an attitude adjustment and quit acting like their made at the customers for making them do their job. Every table in the place and seats are filthy its 2pm well past rush hr and only 1 customer in the store. I was given my sindae 15 min before my food ever arrived never mind at the same time or after. I did exchange this milky mess for a new one. Thos isn't the first time DQ! By the look if your reviews it's time to take action and fix the problem instead of issuing preset apologies.

Order mixed up - onion rings not present - sauce on burger when specifically asked to have none - two "cooks" in behind not wearing gloves while handling food - when I complained I was told that all they had to do was wash their hands - Gross

This dairy queen is absolutely horrible.the attitude from both workers was ridiculous.i returned my blizzard because they filled it half way, and my friend and i basically had our food thrown at us.tried calling to complain and no answer.avoid at all costs.

Never again well I eat there I got take out and my strips were not fit to eat I threw them away

Suuuuuper friendly and accommodating staff. Makes you feel welcomed! Made me a beautiful DQ Cake

We were 4, ordered basic sundaes and Blizzards and literally waited for 15 minutes because they had forgot about our orders. Five people who came in after us got their order before the staff even realized we had been waiting. Then an employee comes up to us and asks: Are you guys waiting for something? -_- They were five behind the counter and no one noticed that four girls had been waiting? At least the food was good.

It was a very hot day & I was craving ice cream. Went into store to purchase a blizzard, ended up getting a burger & fries then had one of DQs new Skor & Carmel treat. Food was great, service was fast. Three days later I went back & got another Skor & Carmel cup. Sooo Good!

Blizzard quality is consistently the best blizzards I've had at a DQ, even in ones that don't look all the way mixed properly. Like the food. Good drive-thru but in an unfortunate parking lot. Went today and the treatzza pizzas looked sad and my "royal blizzard" had about an inch of fudge in it (I got a large). My biggest issue with this location is the lack of being able to scan or use my app even though there advertisements for it all over the inside and outside of the store.

Stopped in with my little fella and it was a struggle to figure out what we wanted. The staff was patient and helpful, I was ver pleased with how they accommodated a 5 year old. I would go back. No problem

First time doing take out from this location and I would like to say that the drive thru service was really nice, burgers and fries were fresh and hot and we really enjoyed our meal. You guys are doing it good!

Love DQ but very disappointed with how they operate and advertise their business. I was seeing their app advertisements everywhere online so finally decided to download their app only to find out that the stores don't even have the scanner installed in their locations. I've been there on 3 separate occasions fairly spaced apart and still no scanner, I reached out to them requesting the points I should've earned and they will not honor them, they advertise the app so they should have the scanner installed so the app can be used, and because they're not on the ball with the way they run their business they expect customers to hold onto their receipts and manually submit everything to get the couple points they would've gotten had DQ had everything prepared properly. I reached out to them and even applied for the points manually which is quite the process and no points and no response.

Terrible DQ, will straight up tell you to leave the store. Stingy, disrespectful, unprofessional. Worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t even bother.
