Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Altogether, always a pleasant place to dine.
Just my personal opinion.
My only issue is the prices. Can't eat there too frequently.

Went through the drive through and receiving my change, the fellow serving me coughed into his hands and proceeded to make my order in full view of me without first washing his hands. When I brought this up there was no apology, instead, they made me feel like I was on the wrong for complaining about unsanitary food service. Afterwards I called asking for the head managers information and they hung up on me. When I called again they said manager information was not available so and I would have to call in the morning

It’s disappointing that Canadian Dairy Queen’s don’t have butterfinger and m&m blizzards

Tried a new blizzard. Snickerdoodle. Not much cookie dough in it, Reminder of the cookies. Mushroom patty melt. Order brought to table.

I have been a customer here for many years and it finally seems like something turned around at this restaurant. Before the last couple months I would have given 3 stars just based on the inconsistency but it has been perfect for my last 6 or 7 visits. Hot and delicious food, great order accuracy and decent wait times. They always get the order right and to me that's most important so 5 stars.

Always a great place to treat yourself! Great food and even better service.

Horrible, placed an order, money came out of my account but they refused to give me my order because it wasn't recieved on their end. Asked for a refund and they wouldn't give me my money back either. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
