Worst DQ in hrm. Multiple visits months apart. Each time consistent mess-ups with orders, quality and customer service.

Staff were very friendly and cared about the customer experience.
We had blizzards and they were very good!

I was handed a ice cream that had chocolate all over the cone and paper piece. Plus chocolate all over the napkin. The window was quickly closed so I asked what is this! She responded oh there’s something wrong with our chocolate dip. Maybe don’t serve it then! That’s not a bite out of the cone either in the picture. Pic posted.

This is the slowest DQ around and the only one that charges me extra when I order a blizzard with chocolate chip and banana.the only one. It's what I've been ordering for the past 10 years.
This location is still insists on charging for two add-ons when I order small blizzard with banana and chocolate chunks. These aren't additional ingredients. Many of their blizzards on the menu have more than two ingredients and sell for much less!
Trying to speak to the staff is a waste of time.

Huge pothole in the single lane driveway just snapped my break line, just for the wraps to be made from the smallest strips in the basket

We have never dined in but the food is always on point, fresh and fast friendly drama free service. Just as it should be! We haven't dined in here but we have gone in to pick up/ order cakes. Dairy Queen is great and their blizzards maybe a little pricey but you get your ingredients worth

Standard DQ menu offering. Small seating area inside and handful of outdoor picnic tables. Drive thru traffic and parking lot (smaller) sometimes is chaotic. Easy fix with better painted lines and signage. Expect long lines during summer and unfortunately hit-miss service. This DQ location doesn’t accept ANY coupons unless issued from this location, which is odd considering they are a franchise chain.

Went for dinner with family. Food took awhile to be done and they got one thing wrong. It was addressed quickly. Food was good and atmosphere was nice. Good customer service.

Pop machine glitched while we were there. Staff got it under control quickly.
Burger patties tasted very slightly like the propane grill on which they were cooked - not bad for an authentic taste but slightly unexpected.
My family liked it. We'll be back.

I had a great experience visiting this Dairy Queen, especially as I had been to other fast food places today. The shining star of the visit was just how clean the mens bathroom was. It wasn't freshly cleaned, it was just clean and smelled fresh especially when compared to its competitors.

Slowest DQ I have ever been in. That's why they commercialize their slowness but I mean at some point move your body and get your heart rate moving. You're wasting people's time.
