Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Use to love this Dairy Queen, after yesterday i may never go back. Having too repeat my order 4 to 5 times does not impress me at all. A small ice cream has decreased in size to bearly any ice cream above the cone. The wait time inside was over 15 min with only 3 people in the line up.

Staff was pretty decent, friendly enough but didnt go that extra mile. Fries were, eh, weren't the warmest when I got them. The burger was really good for a change. Won't rush to go back at $14 for a meal but it was a nice treat.

I had never tried their hamburgers and they are really delicious, as well as their desserts.

They really should have hot fudge on a Thursday at 5 PM, not try to sell me strawberry sauce. I declined the strawberry, no sale was made to me.

The icecream was great as usual. I will definitely not be "eating in" ever again though. The seating is designed to make you want to either stand while you eat, or walk out with your food.

Increased their meal deal price by $1 and stopped wearing masks. We tried to do curbside pickup and you have to call to tell them you're there, but they just hang up on you. Their efficiency has gone down a lot recently and we haven't seen someone for a while who must've kept the place running smoothly.

Always go for ice cream. Great customer service. Very friendly. Peanut buster parfait all the way.

Went through drive thru around 7: 30pm, ordered two blizzards, and 2 burger meals. It took almost 20 minutes between waiting at the window, waiting where we were told to pull forward to and waiting inside the store.

By the time we got our burgers, our blizzards were completely melted.

The food tasted okay, but it was lukewarm at best. It sat on the counter for almost five minutes till my husband went up, asked if it was ours, and brought it back to our table.

Tonight I asked for “no sauces” on my cheeseburger, explaining that it was due to allergies. I then confirmed the order with the staff at the pick up window. The burger I received had multiple sauces on it. It is very clear that the employees at this location have absolutely no regard for the health of their customers. If you order from this location, be extremely careful and ALWAYS check your food before you eat it.

THEY NOW CHARGE FOR LETTUCE AND TOMATO ON BURGERS.

There is zero indication that toppings like lettuce and tomato are extra. So when you order your 2 for $6 it ends up being $7.91.

When I politely asked not to pay for the tomato and just get the burger with lettuce at the window, I was told (by the manager) "it's already been made". I told them I can pay for the burger with no tomato or you can throw the whole burger out because I'll go somewhere else.

I've worked in the fast food industry for years, this is just a slimey business move and terrible customer service at this particular location.

Never ever mixed like mostly vanilla ice cream in every blizzard comeon youre supposed to be known for this

I ordered door dash, got the Reece’s peanut butter cup pie blizzard and the hot chocolate blizzard, both which are supposed to come with cool whip on top. Door dash gives you the option to ask for no whipped cream but I of course wanted it, it’s the best part. Unfortunately it didn’t come with any and I couldn’t get a refund for it in the app. I went to new minus to ask if I could get them remade because at this point they were melted. I was very polite apologized and asked if I could get them remade which was fine he made me two new blizzards. Then he tried to give me both them back but took away my other two. I asked if I could get them back because I knew they were just gonna get thrown out and he said “nope” tossed it over his head and slam dunked it into the trash; then he walked to the back saying have a good night as I was trying to ask for a different tray because he just threw mine out. I ended up calling the store spoke to an assistant manager and he apologized said they don’t usually give food back but he shouldn’t have handled it the way he did. He would go talk to him but I’m sure nothing was done about it.this is not the only bad experience I’ve had at this location one time I ordered the honey glazed chicken strips they said they didn’t have any so I ordered the regular chicken strips. Asked for a couple extra sweet and sour sauce because they were only giving me one for 6 chicken strips and he said I had to pay and I threw a tantrum because they didn’t have what I wanted which is coved in sauce but they couldn’t give me one more sweet and sour sauce for free? The staff is very ignorant and rude.
