Dalem Lake Provincial Park

This was a scouting trip to see what it was like. We were very pleased. Will be conjng back for a day of swimming and fun.

Beautiful sandy beach, not terribly large. There are picnic tables. There's no trash cans, it's pack in, pack out. There are outhouses for facilities. The water is generally calm and warm, has leeches and fish. Good for kids. Dogs are welcome on a leash!

Parking, walking trail around Lake, swimming is great. There is fish in the water the kids liked trying to catch. Sand.

Not a lot of beach space to lay on the sand. More then likely will need need lay in the grass and there were a lot of ants and rocks. If it's not busy and you can snag a spot on the sand it's much nicer.

I enjoy this lake. It's great for the kids. And to have a beach area. Sand, and also fresh water. Cant go wrong. Very clean place. Nice folks around also.

Nice sandy beach on the shores of a small fresh water lake. My son loved it! We had a great experience.

Nice place to have a fresh water bath from a lake. Water was super clean, warm and beach is sandy and very nice. Please don't leave your rubbish there. Be prepared with a garbage bag to take garbage back with you as there is no garbage bins provided in the area. However, there is public toilets available.

Awesome little secluded spots to lay down a blanket in a clearing among trees. The sand on the beach is soft and the water is warmer than you'll find at most other places I've visited so far this summer. Parking can be odd, but even if you have to walk a little, there's plenty of space.

Beautiful little park tucked away from the highway. There is a nice beach but it is small and can get busy on a hot summer day. I’d recommend getting there early to get a good spot. Lots of picnic tables throughout for lunch. Water is pleasantly warm compared to the ocean and is relatively shallow for quite a while from the shore, good for kids. Beach is sandy but water is a bit rocky.
