2014 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel. Was in for a leaking fuel line, which took 1 month to get in for. I was able to put a patch on myself at home and the only reason I could use my vehicle in between. They failed to have the part available for the work and had to put in an order. The next week did not receive a call to rebook and called on Friday for an update only to be told the part was in and they could only get me in in another month. Very disappointed, this is a major safety issue and they could have had me without a vehicle for 2 months, if I wasn’t a little handy.

Update
The dealership did reach out and moved my appt up a few days, best they could do without cancelling others, in and out in 2 hrs, the new Uber shuttle was nice too.

I was extremely happy with the service provided. I had stopped going to Dartmouth Dodge for sometime due to some not so great service. I went back because of service issues at another Dodge service centre. My faith has been renewed and will continue with getting service at Dartmouth Dodge.

If I bring a work vehicle in for an 8 an appointment I expect it to be worked on at 8 am. If you’re not going to work on it until 3 then tell me so I’m not without a vehicle for the day. Scheduling is not hard to do.

Really pleased with the service. I went to the dealer to explain my car’s problems and set up an appointment. Service rep (Tom) said they were booking appointments 3 weeks out. He asked if I could leave the car that afternoon and they’d have a look at it. This was Wednesday, just after noon. A couple hours later he called to tell me which part needed replacing and that it would arrive Friday. I left the car with him, and this afternoon, Tom called to say my car was ready. Their shuttle driver picked me up, we had a nice chat, paid for the repair, chatted with Tom and another staff, plus a customer. As I use a cane, Tom went to fetch my car. I have absolutely no complaints. I was treated royally.

Having dealt with Dartmouth Dodge for years, with my Ram 2500 Laramie and my Chrysler 300, my wife and I decided to go to the dealership to "look" at Jeeps. Needless to say, when we walked in, Sagur greeted us and asked if he could assist us in any way. He was 100% polite, professional, courteous and prompt in answering all of our questions. To make the story short, we walked out 2 hours later as the new owners of a 2023 Jeep Gladiator Mojave. Dan Murphy, Sagur's colleague handled all our paperwork in a breeze!
We are picking up our new ride tomorrow! Vic MacDonald was awesome too!
All we can say is, the Team at Dartmouth Dodge are incredible, fantastic people to work with and we would recommend them 1000%. They will always handle our automotive needs for life! Congratulations Team, another set of Happy Customers!

David Rideout provided me a flawless service appointment at Dartmouth Dodge. When I arrived, I was invited into the service bay immediately and a technician began to do the scheduled work. I was out the door, and on my way home very happy all within an hour. This has been the experience I have received on numerous occasions here. Thanks David.

I bought 6 new dodge vehicle since 2014, always receive really low trade value and treated like I am stupid and trying to rip costumers off especially this close to Christmas. Saying they could put the price of the truck up to compensate for my trade. Another rip off tactic.they don't seem to want to sell a vehicle only when they are making 9000 on my low ball trade. Very unprofessional crew their.

Bought a certified jeep grand cherokee car there. Fast forward a few months the door swung open, cut my face and gave me a concussion. While I understand the door swung open and hit me, I still called FCA Canada to see if it was a possible defect in the car as there should not be a razor sharp edge. They told me to contact the dealership to take pictures. The dealership didn't contact me but their legal counsel did. My jeep door still has a razor sharp edge right where it opens by my eye, and instead of trying to fix the issue they called their lawyers. I now have a scar that's never going to go away, and still a razor sharp door that is also very rusty. Not a good experience when the manager calls the lawyers before the customer that is hurt from the vehicle sold to them 3 months ago. Talked to the general manager and what a vile human. For someone who has bought two cars from the dealership; the service is attrious. Update they will not take a picture which FCA Canada has advised needs to be sent in from the dealership.

Was here with my friend trying to get a used 2019 ram 1500 in September. We dont speak very good English, sales was nice and patient compare to other shity ford place trying to rip us off. We didn't get a car here in the final. But i would recommend this dealer.

The worst car service I have ever visited in Canada! Big mess instead work organization! Stupid excuses instead solid information regarding time of accomplished a mandatory service according to company’s recall. A service which was scheduled two weeks ago!

I had a terrible experience with Dartmouth Dodge. I took my Dodge Ram 1500 in to repair my key fob, they charged me for repairs I did not authorize and my radio and hands-free phone features stopped working after they worked on my truck. They claim no responsibility and refused to return my calls. Be smart, take your vehicle somewhere more reliable!

Went to help a friend buy a pre owned car. Salesman and all other staff were friendly and helpful. They struck a deal and closed it the next day. Easy and friendly. Great experience in car buying. Unusual.

Bought a 2017 Ram 1500 here.

Here are some issues.

Their big 185 point inspection here on used vehicles is compete BS. They are either buyi f their oil filters on Amazon. OR. They didn't change the oil since the previous owner did. OR. They changed their oil and not the filter. I ALWAYS change my oil and filters myself because I don't trust the dealers to do it. This oil filter was WAY over tightened. Either because it was on there a long time or the dealer overtighened it. Either way I had to drive a screw driver through it to take it off.

I took the truck to mechanic for some work. We discovered the front struts to be completely gone. The rear shocks were both leaking. The high mount cab light was missing 2 of 3 bulbs. One of the tail lights was not working correctly.

They ordered me a new taillight early June. I called early July to see if it was in yet. Apparently they didn't order it. Then I had to fight with them to get it covered. Absolutely ridiculous. It's September and I still don't have it.

I had the truck undercoated here with diamond coat. The guy who did it did not rotate anything to get the upper sides and the tires were not removed to get the necessary components closer to the wheels. There's ALOT of spots missed under there.

No one contacted me to even see if I was happy with anything about my purchase.

We are from out of town. Our Ram Promaster camper van developed a brake issue while we were near Dartmouth. Although we did not have an appointment, the service folks took our vehicle n and fixed it same day. They even took us to East Passage and back in their courtesy shuttle so we'd have something to do while the repairs were being completed. Can't say enough good things about this place and the people that work here. Many thanks.

Repeated terrible service.
Had an appointment, Arrived 10 mins early and mechanic says they are unsure of when it will be serviced. It took 3 hours for a tire change, and they managed to break a sensor and say nothing about it. Very disappointing place to be if you’re looking for quick professional service.

Bought a Jeep before the shut down.had issues with it, I brought it to them, they said there's nothing wrong, i wasn't able to tag along because of the Covid,
terrible service they contacted me after my warranty expired. I paid out of pocket to fix the problem do not plan on going back

Took My jeep in for a problem that I knew and explained to them they took My truck told Me is was My shock that wasn't even three days old then they removed the shock took for a drive and confirmed I was right after stress testing every pushing under the truck tore one of them and put the wrong shock bolts back in My shock and took three hrs to figure out what I had already told them rescheduled Me for replacement part after checking My truck over after the work at another shop and seeing they done a miserable job on checking no way would I let these guys do work on My truck more like backyard service which I assume would be a lil better wont be going back here ever again

Poor Greg having to deal with me as a client.:). He should have fired me a long time ago. He’s been great to my husband and I, so much so I think we’ve bought 4 Jeep’s from him. We always feels he gives us the best possible deal and works hard to keep our business. We love it at Dartmouth dodge. Drive up oil change is a bonus.

Bought my car off the lot here about 4.5 years ago. Went in to get a quote for a new vehicle and trade in value for my current one. Awaiting to hear back from one of the car dealers after an hour meeting today. The car we were interested wouldn't start but the salesman was very friendly.

I went to dartmouth dodge for a service call on my 2015 dodge journey. My battery kept going dead due to a radio component that wouldn't shut off at night. My mechanic installed a new battery and checked the starter etc.and found it was computer component but couldnt figure out which one.
I hate going to the dealer as they never take the car for the appointment time and it always takes forever. They always gave me a song and a dance about it. Basically wasting a day waiting on my car.
UNTIL I met Kevin O'reilly in service. I gave him a really hard time about the customer service I had received in my previous appointments. He gave me top notch customer service and was very informative on the problem. He wasn't condensending to me or my knowledge of my vehicle.
He was very nice and professional about it. My part came in a few days later and was installed with in the time frame Kevin gave me.
Kevin is a keeper and would recommend taking your vehicle to him for service. I will be doing so.

Wow. Amazing service. I know everyone will form their own opinion on dealerships. We had visited 4 dealership's selling same vehicles. Made it very clear to all of them that we were looking for the best value for our trade in. Walked into Dartmouth dodge without letting them know what our intensions were. They came back first offer better than any dealership we visited. The parting gift that Sid gave on the way out with our new vehicle was 5 star service. Steve and Sid made this purchase the best experience I've had with over 10 cars.

This was my second time here and I left a very happy lady! Mike and Dan are amazing and got me the Jeep of my dreams! They are both quick to response via text and are very friendly and helpful in person. I even got home and found something wrong with the Jeep and within minutes Mike had a solution and it was fixed! You guys have a new life long customer for sure!

Disappointed with the service ordered my part to be arrived on Monday and then booked for the early morning at 8: 30 Thursday to got it installed and even the service department leaving me a voicemail a day before to confirm my appointment for installation and getting there early morning on Thursday to get my part installed, they just say they haven’t received the part yet, really disappointing service, should have told me they don’t have the part yet on the day leaving me voicemail of confirmation of my appointment.

Why is it that you consistently ask how you can move from 4 star to 5 star or thank people profusely for a 5 star review but can't be bothered replying to reviewers who give you a 3,2 or 1 star?

When deciding where to buy my next Jeep, I want to see how you respond to dissatisfied customers. It's child's play to respond to a happy customer.

5 years of Terrible customer service.
Bought a new Jeep Cherokee from these guys back in 2015. Purchased the paint protection package that cost an arm and leg. They forgot to do it. Went in and left the vehicle with them. Came back after 2 days to get it back. Noticed that the vehicle had swirl scratch marks all over it. They ruined the paint. Said they would fix it and never did. For the past 5 years it looks like it has spider webs all over it. Then I found out the “extended warranty” I purchased for a lot of money was never properly applied. I paid for the best one and didn’t get it. Then there was an issue with the vehicle where I would drive and the vehicle completely locked up like I hit a wall. They towed it in and told me they couldn’t find an issue. They told me to bring it back it it happened again. Pretty dangerous if it happens while in the highway. Luckily when it did happen again it was only at 30km/hr. I brought it back in furious. Their head mechanic came out and immediately told me there was a valve body and lower oil pan recall as well as a cruise control recall. So they sent me out risking my family’s life without diagnosing properly the first time. Scary. So since they replaced those parts someone hit the back of the Jeep in their parking lot while they had it. Instead of repairing the damage they used a touch-up pen. Looks terrible. I had them repair the drivers side door after a minor accident in a parking lot at their collision center, the paint job they did to the whole left side doesn’t match the rest of the car. Now the kicker, the parts they replaced for the recall. They forgot to put a splash shield back on and several bolts back in the lower oil pan. So the rest of the transmission bolts and drive shaft area broke off and almost destroyed my Jeep. Guess who wouldn’t take responsibility. I’m sick of these guys and their “whatever” attitude. Avoid these clowns. Steele Chrysler said that everything they did described above is malpractice and I even got ripped off on my warranty. Go to Steele Chrysler instead of looking to purchase a product or have service done. Thanks for nothing Dartmouth Dodge. Absolutely disgusting.

Best experience with a dealer. I trade my vehicles in every 3 years. I have been through most dealerships and hands down James and the team here made it easy and painless for me. James was very accommodating getting me the exact vehicle and pricing I wanted. There was zero stress of pressure. The sales manager and fiance department were also great to deal with. They made the process great. No stress. I highly recommend James to anyone who is looking for a Dodge product.

I have tried twice now to get a vehicle through these guys. I have waited for a week now for a simple call back from the rep I spoke to, and nothing. Seems the minute they find out you dont have great credit, they arent interested.good moto for a company I guess.

I brought in my 2009 Caliber (which I bought used in a private sale a few months ago) after finding out the rear subframe was cracked. This is a known problem, for which Chrysler Canada had issued a special 10 year extended warranty. The 10 years was up for my car, but Dartmouth Dodge inspected it, and sent a report and photos to Chrysler Canada. They fixed the subframe for free, I only had to pay for a few connecting parts. The service manager, Tom, was amazing, courteous, upfront, and delivered on time. I was seriously impressed with the service from start to finish.
