The staff are helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable.
The room fee is reasonable.
We stay in the accessible room and it's one of the nicest we have stayed at. Great washroom and roll in shower. The ensuite gives a nice layer of privacy for attending to someone with mobility issues.

Lovely stay at the Delta, the front desk staff was so accommodating and the environment was great! The rooms were amazing, very spacious and modern. The hotel was close to everything in the Dartmouth Crossing area. Sauna, Wirlpool Jet Tub, and decent size pool with a slide! At this hotel, their is something for everyone. If you stay here, you WONT be disappointed! Will be back again.

Was sent here by Air Canada when flight was delayed overnight. Very pleasantly surprised. Rooms were excellent for the price range and the restaurant was outstanding.

Very nice place to stay. Staff and food are wonderful. The staff cares about your stay and comfort. Would love to stay here again!

Can't say enough positives about how much I enjoy staying here. Great revamp to Delta brand. Restaurant has great meals and the service is Great! Great place to take you dog as they welcome them with open arms. Checked in and all the staff came over to see and pet our little bulldog. Can't say enough about this property on all levels.

I visited a friend staying at this hotel and this hotel definitely isn’t a bad place to stay. They have a lovely funky chic lobby and a Starbucks and bar right when you walk in. However the pool is extremely small. But they do have a hot tub and sauna and gym. And a yoga lounge. The rooms were just ok. As a former housekeeper I noticed the sheets weren’t that clean and the bed wasn’t made properly, but aside from that the rooms were nice. Honestly not the best not the worst ‍️

I only have the experience of a meeting room with a light supper. I was a member of a focus group.

Decent venue for conferences and corporate events. They have several rooms sized to fit various group numbers. Catering staff and food are great, but the hotel is a bit out of the way for those interested in seeing Halifax.

I always enjoy staying here. If you have a family the pool and splash pad is unmatched. The rooms are clean and the restaurant is excellent.

Great hotel, gym is a really good one for a hotel. Service and staff have always been friendly and helpful and rooms clean and comfortable beds. Stayed for work and came back to relax.

It is a bit noisy by the freeway. Other than that it's difficult to beat for the price. Wonderful staff. Great gym. Restaurants nearby. Easy access to Halifax if needed. Great if you have to visit Dartmouth industrial zone customers.

The hotel has been renovated a few years ago and it's beautiful! It highlights the rivers and lakes around dartmouth with the device. It's very nice and has a wonderful pool area for the kids!

First of all when you have a pile of people down for breakfast and have two servers and have to wait over an hour for breakfast. Second the hot tub had a ring of scrum around it we almost got sick when we seen it after we got in. The pool water was absolutely freezing. We won’t be staying again.

Stained worn carpet in the room and hallway. House keeping always leaves at least one item not stocked and you never know what towels will be there each day. Staff is good but maintenance is falling behind. Saw one bug in my room and under lip of sink was filthy. For the room rate it wasn't up to my standards. Using event services and catering was very good. Hotel restaurant menu very limited and quickly becomes boring.

Room was filthy, hairs all over bathroom, linens stained, table sticky, floor dirty, carpet dirty, table hadn't been wiped off, hand towel had dirt on it.just a complete nightmare. It was a month before manager responded to email

Wonderful place and great with kids. Water slide and splash pad were a hit. I must admit, I also enjoyed the slide!

The room was also very comfortable and updated. Staff were also very friendly.

I also highly recommend the baked goods and dinners at the restaurant on the main floor. The mussels are surprisingly some of the best I had throughout the maritimes, the fish and chips were great and we followed this up with their ICE CREAM BAR.

The beds are so comfy. The staff is amazing but i wish the whirlpool was open longer. As someone travelling with fibromyalgia it would have been nice to be able to soak my tired muscles.

Looks great from the outside and in the lobby. The Starbucks inside is a nice added touch. The pool is nice with a slide. Staff is friendly.

The room that we got unfortunately wasn't cleaned properly. Hair on counters, stains on carpet and a window that was opened from the outside that we weren't able to close and hence we were unable to avoid listening to rush hour traffic noise in the morning.

We spoke to one of the cleaners and it all got resolved.

No self laundry service which is annoying.

Might not stay here next time I am in town.

Our stay at this hotel was underwhelming to say the least. Upon entering our room, as always, we checked to make sure it was satisfactory, we noticed our coffee maker was not cleaned and still had the coffee grinds/disposable tray still in there. We had also asked for robes while doing our booking and they were not in the room.
We asked the front desk staff to have someone bring us robes and to clean the coffee maker, and the response was they didn't know if any robes were available. We returned a few hours later, to robes sitting on the floor outside our room and the coffee maker still not cleaned. We let it slide. Then when standing by the bed to turn down the sheets, my spouse kicked an empty water bottle that was on the floor. It's obvious this room was not cleaned thoroughly, if at all. Again, we notified the front desk and all we got was a sorry this isn't our standard. For the price of the room and length of our stay, this was very disappointing and unfortunately left us wanting to book elsewhere in the future.

We had a great overnight stay. Front desk staff is professional and friendly. Room was nice and clean, my only complaint was that they only left one pack of coffee in the room and they should be leaving at least 2 packs of regular coffee for guests. Overall I will recommend this place to others.

We came to check in 4.45pm and was told our rooms are not ready will not be able to give a time. It's 6pm now and still nothing.
The manager just standing there and not even apologetic.
This is the worst experience ever. $250 per night you except better.
I would never stay in a Delta again. These people don't know how to service customers.

Great hotel! Very clean and well presented. The food and the restaurant personnel were outstanding! This location is highly recommended.

We recently visited an ailing family member over the long weekend, and Michael at the front counter went above and beyond for us during our stay. We felt valued, and his top tier customer service reduced stress during our stay. It was so appreciated during such a difficult time. We will absolutely be returning.

The extensive renovations are amazing! We went there for our younger daughter's birthday with her best friends and heads and amazing room with all the latest amenities. Television has Netflix and ports available to connect your favorite game console.

The pool with water slide was a treat for the kids, and the indoor water features park was a pleasant surprise. Parents can hang out in the hot tub while the kids have lots of fun.

We took the Playidum package that included $50 in credits and free access to the hotel ice cream bar.

The kids loved it and so did we.

To say my stay was disappointed is a huge understatement. I will NOT go into detail HOWEVER, please be aware that NOT all Government employees are Considered a Government Employee for the Government Rate.
Booked hotel a few weeks ago, for the long weekend, my wife is a Provincial Government Employee
Upon check in I was told that rate does not apply to the Provincial Government employees and charged me the full rate.
So be aware that just because you are employed by a Government, Mariott does not view you as a Government Employee.

Stayed at the Delta for the first time on July 24th 2021 with my wife wile celebrating our wedding Anniversary.
At the time of booking my wife had emailed to ask about special packages we can book.
They took care of it at no cost to us when they found out the reason for staying there.
Our stay was a great experience with a warm welcome on arrival and a friendly, professional service during the time there.
They made it very special and went about and beyond what we expected.
The whole place was spotlessly clean and it was very easy to see the staff in all departments take pride in their roles.
I would like to mention by name the 3 front of house staff Grace, Tegan and Jagat.
Located in a convenient place for shopping, socializing and close enough to down town Halifax for a taxi ride.
The room rates are very well priced too.
I didn't use the pool but I would be very suprised if it is anything less than perfect!
I would recomend a stay in this hotel and will be using it in the future.

This is our go to place for family getaway. I have young children that live the water slide. The staff is very accommodating. My girls especially like Megan at the front desk. It is close to everything that is needed for a weekend Nova Scotia getaway. Rooms are always up to our standards and the special events like sunday bar and package specials like “welcome back bubbles” are excellent. Rates are good, sometimes a couple dollars more but well worth it when you consider the water slide, splash pad and exercise room that we always take advantage of.

This hotel is one that we stay in a lot not only is it close to Dartmouth crossing we are at Costco and all other big box are.it is a great little hidden gem.
Far enough away from the traffic of Dartmouth crossing but close enough to go shopping there.

And it is very close as well to the Micmac mall, in just minutes away from Halifax.

The rooms are clean and spacious, we also have a nice restaurant and Quiet a large exercise gym.
You will not be disappointed you booked here.

We came for March Break Getaway with our children. We were excited to arrive and get the most of our one night stay. Check-in was at 3pm and we had to wait past 5: 30 until our room was ready. No apologies were made. Many families were in the same situation. I did ask for compensation and they offered me a coupon for my next stay. The rooms were nice and the pool was a lot of fun. We tried to book a swim time for next morning and were told we had to wait until 7am. I called then a few times and there was no answer. I went to the front desk by 7: 10 only to find out that all the spots were booked. That seems crazy to me. 100 people would have signed up in 10 minutes. The cleaning staff were very stressed and overworked. It was a nice looking hotel but may not have ready for the March Break rush.

I enjoy my stay, everything is great besides this one girl Megan. I simply asked for for towels, I received some the day before, but me & my partner enjoy going to the gym & take a shower right after, lol. Anyways this girl gave me trouble about towels, saying I got some the day before & I should reuse them, I just thought she was very odd.

First of all, I'd like to say the facility was great, clean, pool was nice.
However, during my stay I was a floor and next to a group of teenagers. The doors were slamming throughout the night (from about 10pm to 6am!)
At appx 5 am we heard yelling and what sounded like a domestic situation. We called the front desk and they came and knocked and spoke with them.
After awhile more yelling and door slamming until about 6 am.
At appx 10 am I heard throwing up, so I only assume that the teenagers were drinking.
I didn't get a discount, an offer for a future stay, breakfast, anything. The GSA was nice and apologetic, but no accommodations were made for the inconvenience.

I have not received a call, an email, nor any compensation for the inconvenience.

I would not recommend staying here if you value a quiet hotel.

Staff was very friendly, the suite clean and a nice size. The pool area was very well kept with plenty of towels. The only down side was the complementary breakfast was very underwelming.

First time ever visiting this hotel and we loved / enjoyed our stay. Room was great, very clean and comfy. Great, friendly and very helpful staff. Front desk and room service staff were awesome.
Our food ordered through room service was delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean feeling, modern hotel. Great ammeneties, excellent kitchen, convenient and well spread out breakfast buffer that offer great value, Starbucks on site. Only complaint is that cleanliness neeeds a little kore attention. At first glance it looks perfectly clean howver, many details are missed (e.g. Popcorn under a chair, a damp smell in the hotel room).

I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Wonderful stay. Came for a wedding that was near by fron NYC. Very lovely contemporary design. Comfy beds, pool, sauna, Jacuzzi. Very welcoming and accomodating staff. The point & pivot resturant has a nice variety. The chowder is good. And the dessert sampler. Breakfast buffet is very plentiful. The service is always great. Well worth my tips.

True 5 star service, attention to detail and not just East Coast hospitality.genuine people who care. Had a conference and stayed the night. Conference room was by far the most spacious and luxurious out of the 17 workshops we have conducted. Accommodations are new, fresh and they have amenities that you actual want. Starbucks coffee

It's the best hotel in North America in my opinion. The rooms are luxurious, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is superb. Great job Delta Dartmouth, the rest of the Deltas should take notes.

Clean, new, with great full size gym (hotel rarity) and friendly helpful staff. While easy access to sites by car not great area for exploring by foot.

Very nice hotel, recently built very clean and modern. Great amenities for the business traveler excellent pantry perk for Bonvoy members. This is in a "new" area, local chain restaurants Moxies, Ikea and Costco nearby. Downtown however 20-30 minutes to see "older area's"
I ordered roomservice, try the seafood chowder. Very, very good, beyond "hotel" food.

Had to switch rooms, to alot of hair in the shower and the sheets were dirty the hotel smelled like dirty diapers, stayed here before was ok but not good at all this time, when they did switch is they did upgrade us to a suite,
