Digby Campground And Fun Park

Renovated beautiful campground. Great sanitary facilities and helpful operators.
The only point of criticism, and the operator can't change anything about it, is this
Thoroughfare that is very loud.
Due to Hurricane Lee we had to leave after one night.

Excellent site! VERY clean campground and facilities! Walking distance to downtown. Across the street from a pretty little bay to watch the +20' tides come and go. Only minor drawback for some might be no "site" campfire pits, so cooking is on your own portable stove or bbq. But there is a communal firepit that all can sit around and enjoy. Would highly recommend!

Digby Campground is an EXCELLENT place to go if you're looking for something close to town, quiet with people around, various types of camping vessels (couldn't think of another word LOL).

I had a tent and got a gorgeous site right in front of the pond and fountain, close to the front gate and the bathrooms. Bathrooms were VERY well maintained, smelled good and always stocked. The service was excellent, understanding and very informative. They boast a fire pit with various games and a gorgeous sitting area, and is close to the Digby Ferry terminal. The gardens and grounds were extremely well maintained, beautiful and garbage free.

They were also able to give me a campsite on the spot and had last minute availability, which I very much appreciated.

Definitely will be back here!

This is a great campground and I would book again without hesitation. The attention to detail that the owners have is great. Everything is clean and welcoming. I hated the idea of a communal firepit until we got here. Plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs and the people were very welcoming. It made for a great camping experience. We had met most of the campers by the end of the weekend.

This is a quiet, friendly campground within walking distance of town. At the edge of the grounds, you can rock/shell hunt at low tide. When the tide comes in, you can sit on the large deck and enjoy the view!

I discovered Digby campground to be very enjoyable and friendly. Jeff and Deborah are full of life and just want to make sure you are comfortable and informed of the area.
The sites are very clean and set up for a nice view. Showers a little tight but very clean. And a very enjoyable outdoor social area with games, fire pots and lots of comfortable chairs.
We have to say this was the best services, stop/layover of our trip.
Next time we want to stay longer.

Very nice campground directly at the water at close to the center of Digby. The oner is suuuper nice at all the facilities are clean. I can recommend that campground.

Definitely deserves a 5 star rating. Nice modern, clean restrooms, showers and laundry. Very reasonable rates and gracious hosts.
What more could you ask for!

So hoping that Hurricane Fiona causes no damage to this delightful campground. We have just returned from a 7-night stay at the campground. The owners are extremely welcoming, helpful & interested in any suggestions that are offered for improvement. In our case, that was a request for a solar light over the very handy dish cleaning station. Camping in a tent & tiny truck camper, this was a huge asset. At the communal campfire we met interesting fellow campers who were eager to share suggestions for our current & future travel. The bathrooms, showers and laundry area are recently updated & kept exceptionally clean. The campground is located within walking distance to the Digby downtown or an even quicker bike ride along a path. We visited the dock area on several nights and had the good fortune to join locals fishing for mackerel & squid. These were special experiences. We used the campground as a home base for day trips to Brier Island, Yarmouth vía the Acadia shores, Lunenburg, Digby surrounds & Annapolis Royal.

If you're looking for a great place to stay in Digby, look no further than The Digby Campground. New owners Jeff & Deborah have put a lot of work into their property to make it a welcoming place. There are bright, clean and tastefully decorated washrooms and showers with lots of hot water. Also a laundry room and dishwashing station. You can walk or bike downtown to restaurants and shops on the Old Rail Trail in just a few minutes. Would definitely come back on our next visit to the Fundy Coast.

This place is a little tight with its spots but I 100% recommend you stay here! Beautiful easy 10 minute walking trail to town and the cleanest washrooms, shower and laundry room I’ve seen anywhere.

We stayed overnight on our cross-Canada trip and this ranked as one of the best campgrounds we stayed at. The washrooms were new and clean, showers included as was the wifi. Service was excellent and helpful, providing information, maps and brochures. We really appreciated that. Sites lack privacy but the proximity to town more than made up. Highly recommend this campground.

We are in Digby Campground for 3 days. I
give this campground 5 stars. It is well managed, clean, laundry and restrooms
are totally remodeled. It is close (even a walking path) to downtown where there are great restaurants and shops.
We will be back️

Big 2-thumb ups to the new owners Deborah & Jeff of this RV campground for the many improvements & enhancements in just a few months of their ownership. Besides the brand new showers, restrooms & laundry, we particularly like the new communal patio overlooking the lake; a perfect spot for evening cocktail & bonfire. We enjoyed our peaceful 4-night stay here during the fun 2022 Digby Lobster Bash weekend. And if stopping by at this campground for just a day or two, the must-check-out attraction is the Point Prim Lighthouse nearby. This very scenic & historic lighthouse site is perfect for picnic or just to view the stunning coastlines.

This was one of our favourite spots. Easy walking distance to town via a nice pathway, the washrooms were spotless as were the convenient laundry facilities. Jeff and Deborah were very helpful and fun to chat with. On the weekends, they have set up a fun little campfire social area. We would definitely recommend Digby Campground and are looking forward to coming back some time.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great campground and the upgrades the new owners are working on are excellent! We would definitely be happy to return on another trip.

We were greeted warmly and informed about surrounding restaurants and activities and received free flyers. The campsite is completely refurbished and has very clean and modern washrooms. There is even the possibility to wash and dry your clothes cheaply. The large fireplace invites you to a convivial evening. The proximity to downtown Digby completes the offer. We will come back definitely.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und über umliegende Restaurants und Aktivitäten informiert und haben kostenfrei Flyer erhalten. Der Campingplatz ist komplett neu ausgestattet und verfügt über sehr saubere und moderne Waschräume. Es gibt sogar die möglichkeit, seine Klamotten günstig zu waschen und zu trocken. Der große Feuerplatz läd zum geselligen Abend ein. Die nähe zur Downtown von Digby rundet das Angebot ab. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Prime location for walking the waterfront, it is a short distance to see a historical location and dining out. We dined at the Fundy on the deck overlooking the harbour, beautiful and delicious. Our campsite over looked a serene pond with two resident beavers a momma duck and her ducklings. Deborah an Jeff are working hard at making this a beautiful campground, renovated bathrooms are so well done! Thanks for a great stay and some great advice!

We showed up at the last minute and the owners were incredibly accommodating! They're putting an incredible amount of work into the campground with all new bathrooms, showers, office, landscaping, and a new space (in process) for a gathering space for all campers.

The view is awesome as it overlooks the sea and an inlet pond and we can't recommend the area enough. It's a wonderful location to act as home base for your adventures in the Digby area.

Excellent place close to shopping, restaurants, ferry to New Brunswick, attractions, friendly owner.

It's a really nice old amusement park. It's definitely worth the visit and you can easily spend a few hours there. Prices are more than fair if you do the adventure park as well.

Nice campground, owners are very frindly and extremely helpful. Great wifi, we would definately stay again.
