Dollarama

Not enough staff, you might as well put on a Dollarama employee shirt for all the work you will do yourself.

No one is ever near the cash registers or in the lanes so unless you got the place mapped out you will spend the day searching.

Always nice staff and kept as clean as can be.

People complaining about people outside begging for change should put their energies towards helping solve the problem instead of complaining about it. The staff can only "shoo away" so many people a day, if at all. Complain to your MLA, not the underpaid staff without training in social-work.

This location has recently hired a new cashier. This cashier has not learned her job or has not been trained properly. Always over charges for items and scans the same items multiple times. Does not know how to split a transaction. This happens on a regular basis. When brought to the attention of a supervisor I was repeatedly interrupted as though she did not want to listen or did not care. This location used to be very welcoming but has declined over time. 0.3/10 for service. Not recommended

Today i went to dollarama and i have to go quick but they didn’t be quick, they be more slow

No self check out lines the last I visited. Glad they are still trying to keep staff on. I hate not having the option for using self check out.

Popped in to pick up some inexpensive baskets. Was quick, inexpensive and staff was friendly.

Staff either too loud and abrupt, or too mouse like and confused, but almost always irritable. Store is dirty, floor is dirty, and will remain dirty, shelves dusty too. Pan handlers not great, and still assume people carry cash. Avoid this store, if you can't, do not make eye contact with staff or panhandlers, don’t ask questions, and read the best before dates on everything.

Typical dollar store. Have noticed prices going up and new items brought in at higher price points.

I go to the Dollarama store at least once a month and get some very good bargains. Every time I go I find something new that they have never carried before. I stock up on all my essentials, especially for my pets. The store is clean and well set and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this particular dollar store to anybody if they are looking for a great place to shop.
