Dr Drone DJI Store

Purchased my first drone today through Dr. Drone. David was extremely helpful in introducing me to the various models and making a recommendation as to which one was right for me. The industry knowledge this guy has is next level! He went above and beyond to provide me with guidance and tips on how to execute my first flight. He followed up with a phone call, email and additional information as promised. Would highly recommend Dr. Drone if you're looking to purchase!

I purchased a Mini 2 from Dr. Drone over a year ago, and after crashing it, I took it back to the store for repair, which was done professionally and quickly. I recently had an issue with a gimbal not calibrating. They sent it back to DJI and within a week I had my new drone. During this issue I placed several phone calls, and Dave was very patient and answered all of my questions. Top shelf service from him on the technical side, and JJ and Paul were super, and always helpful to take time to discuss any issue. Well done Dr. Drone!

These guys are awesome. Brilliant, friendly customer service and they take the time to explain things to you in the phone. Anytime I need my drones repaired in the future, they will be sent to Dr. Drone without hesitation.

I used to love these guys, helpful answers to questions, Canadian company and lots of product. They really dropped the ball however after a series of technical issues on their end lead to a missed sale opportunity over the holidays. While they've attempted to throw DJI under the bus for "their" pricing practices, the store could have made it right, and they didn't. In a series of back and forth emails they put blame and confusion on everyone else but Dr. Drone. Accountability goes a long way, I wish they would have accepted that. Really left a sour taste in my mouth. I could have likely purchased my drone locally on sale but tried to give them repeat business and missed out. Lots of ways to buy a drone these days, Dr. Drone will not be getting anymore of my business.

Reading the reviews here I wish I would have shipped my drone in from Bedford! BUT I Dropped my drone off at the Dr in the beginning of August because I thought my drone had water damage, as it had trouble connecting and had an SD card error. 2-3 weeks later they called me back saying they’ve “fixed my right control arm” a problem I didn’t know it had? MY FIRST FLIGHT with the drone back was the EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE AS THE LAST FLIGHT BEFORE I DROPPED MY DRONE OFF with them. I returned my drone to them a couple days later and now it’s a week into October and I still don’t have my drone back! Thanks Dr. Drone,

Ah, where would I begin? The Good Dr. Sold me an item he did not possess.definitely a component of their biz model. If you value your time and don't think you should be working for a business you merely made a purchase from. Best buy would be a better option.they always deliver and the cs is a world away from the good doctor. Edit: in response to your response, you did not inform me of that until I contacted you days later. The onus is on the vendor to provide information without having to be chased for it, especially due to unconfirmed coverage purchased from you regarding the use of my 1500 dollar item due to your database mis-mangement.

I bought "Course No. 2 - RPAS/ Ground School Prep Course & Study Guide (Online) × 1" from Dr. Drone and was just about to take the course, only to find it is no longer available. $325 down the toilet, and Dr. Drone won't reimburse me.

Great customer service; each time I had to deal with them, both,  the customer service team and the tech support team were pleasant, quickly available, and very helpful. Wonderful experience!

Received a faulty drone and when tried to return it I was directed to go straight to DJI (who sent me to DR drone in the first place)

Thanks for fixing my DJI Mini 2 folks. The shipping process was a breeze and I have to say your email support is lightning fast. I sent several emails during the course of the repair and received a response within the hour every single time.

Just awesome to have such a resource in our community if you fly drones. More impressive than the DJI store I visited in New York! They not only sell at the same price as the DJI corporate website, buy they do repairs both local and from across the country. Courteous and very helpful. Visit if you want to see a display of all DJIs latest! Not many places in this country that have a store like this.

These guys have it all from inexpensive starter drones to much larger " work" drones. Friendly and welcoming and they will answer all of your questions. They also repair drones. Well worth the drive. I'll shop here again.

The employees working at Dr Drone are friendly, professional and know their stuff. Shopping with them was affordable and an overall good time compared to other drone stores online or in store.
Next time I’m in the market I know who I’ll be going to!

Dr. Drone has become very convenient for us. It's in an easy accessible location with ample parking. My company Atlantic ArielworX highly recommend for all of your drone. If they do not have an item in stock they will get it for you and to you extremely quickly. From what I see online they are the number one drone company and repair shop in all of Canada. We are so lucky to have them so close by for all of our drone needs.

Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to help me with software issues. Fixed my gimbal for 500$ all in when all other places I called only offered a full p4p camera replacement (1000$). Highly recommend their services.
