Varied selection of shoes, back packs, and purses and other sundry items. The price for what I purchased 30 percent less than the regular retail outlet. They also have a sale rack in the back of the store which stickers indicate further percentage mark downs

I'm sure this place is great for a lot of people but I have gone in multiple times and they have never had what I was looking for.

I purchased a pair of new boots from the Halifax location recently. After a week they started falling apart. When I went to exchange them within two weeks of purchase I was turned away and told to contact the manufacturer. This is poor customer service and would never happen at other Retail Chain locations and has never happened in my experience. I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service and will continue to share my experience and refrain from shopping there for future footwear.

Worst service ever. Went early only 30 minutes after opening, not greeted or helped and three staff rude and fulfilling online orders while three others waited in line. Danielle was wildly rude
