They booked my Mercedes very quick and service was so smooth and fast. I was honestly impressed.

Don’t bother going unless you’re looking to get charged extra, be given multiple quotes for the same service and parts, and be spoken down to like you’re nothing. Dropped in my car for spongy breaks, got work done and was charged a lot of money, and left with spongy breaks. Went back the next day and had unacceptable attitude from one of the employees because I was asking for quotes to have the work done that was originally supposed to be done the first day. Not going back, sucks because I was recommended here. I’d never recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you’re a lone female dropping it off. Better have a male figure with you to be taken seriously.

Classic garage vibe, but not a bad thing in my opinion. Clearly know what they're doing and have been doing it for years. Owner was quick and to the point, did a great job and reasonable price.

Don't waste your time. Terrible customer service. Wasn't happy getting my car back with two big boot rust stains on my carpet. What mechanic doesn't put down a sheet? !?

Took my car in for MVI. They called before preforming any repairs. Prices are reasonable. Staff showed me E brake shoes when I picked car up. Very accommodating to get me in. I have good service with this garage.

I visited to have my brakes changed, oil changed, and air conditioning repaired.

After the first appointment I had no problems with the breaks or oil change but the A/C didn’t work and it cost me $100. I returned and had it looked at again, costing me another $100. It still didn’t work after that and when I returned a third time they advised me to go somewhere else because the A/C guy was away that week.

They quickly took a look at my car trouble, and magically fixed it with ease. That would cost $$$ anywhere elss

I cannot talk up Duffus Auto enough. They came as a recommendation to my mother-in-law (after she spent years going there), and I have always recieved timely service, expert advice, and great prices. The staff are busy, but always friendly. The only reason I would be hesitant to recommend this business to everyone is my fear of then not being able to service everyone from how popular they would become!

I had a flat tire and wasn't sure how to deal with it as my car was parked in my underground garage at my apt building. I called Duffus Tires and explained my situation and that I couldn't make it to their garage for repair. After some discussion, the owner asked for my phone # and said that he would call me back as they do not normally offer remote tire repair services. He called me at the time he said he would and asked for my address so that he could send someone with a portable air-tank to fill my tire temporarily so that I could drive it to the garage. Then they drove me back home while the service was being performed. They called me back within a few hours and told me that the car was ready for pick-up. This place went the extra-mile to help me with a situation that I could not resolve on my own. I highly recommend Duffus Tires for their customer service.

Horrible customer service, I had brand new winter tires they were putting on and told me they cant put 2 on because "they are very bad". I told him to go ahead and put them on because they are brand new. Get to the shop to pick up my car, and hes on the phone telling someone the exact same thing. Bunch of scammers.

My girlfriend was quoted a price when the work was done and showed up hours later to a bill that was $50 more than previously discussed.

Horrible customer service over the phone.

Elias changing parts on my car without knowing what the issue was, not fixing the issue and charging me for the parts and labor.

Great prices, awesome service, the owner knows what he is doing and won't rip you off like other places

I had the subframe rust out on my 2009 elantra touring. Showed up on a tow truck and as soon as we arrived the mechanic told me that there was a recall on my car and the dealership would fix it for free. He could have easily said nothing to me and I would not have known the difference. Crazy honest dude. I will be taking all future car issues to this garage. Tell your friends this guy is legit.

I was recommended to Duffus by a few people and it's around the corner from me. I just moved here and don't know any mechanics which is scary. I brought my mini in because of a rough idle and Elias fixed it fast! Very friendly and accommodating. The cost was wayyyyyyy less than I imagined as well. They are now my new mechanics! Thanks Elias for such great service!

Halifax's best auto mechanic. Only does what is needed. Will never be accused of overcharging or making things up. Would highly recommend.

Ive been going to George for years. Down to Earth, easy to deal with, honest! Hard to find in a mechanic!
