Dynamic Duo Hairstyling

I had long beautiful hair and wanted a cut but also still wanted layers, the woman there cut my hair less than 5 minutes! The ends of my hair looks like shredded cheese! Does not look good at all for what I paid ($33) in my opinion it was very unprofessional.
