Excellent mtl smoked meat.ordered on light rye, in house smoked meat with mustard served with fries. As close to Montreals i have had yet on east coast. Highly recommend!

Freakin delicious. We had Mtrl smoke meat sandwich and a rhuben. Absolutely delicious. Decided to order a side of dirty poutine. So much pulled pork. Mmmmmm

First time popping in and my goodness it was delicious, the staff was super friendly and made my stay comfortable. I highly recommend stopping in if your passing by for some awesome food. The owner takes pride in every dish served, and overall has a big heart!

We had a staff event catered by East Coast Smokehouse and had nothing but positive feedback! The food was amazing, delivered hot and ready to serve on time by friendly staff. Paula is an incredible chef and her passion really shines through in everything she does!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I finally went into a place I’ve wanted to go to for awhile and didn’t regret it, I met two very kind and warm people yesterday and will definitely be back, the food was amazing but it’s the people who work there that make it amazing, support local.

My husband and I decided to try this restaurant and we were blown away! Almost every item can be made gluten free. And not just as a second thought the owner has developed delicious recipes that are naturally gluten free!
I had the dirty Mac and cheese gluten free, stunning. It was so delicious and a large serving! I happily took my leftovers home for lunch. My husband had the smoked Angus burger with a side of fries, the burger looked amazing and he said it was delicious!
Each meal also comes with a complimentary cookie, the gluten free one was absolutely amazing, I will be placing an order for them in the future.
The service was phenomenal, the girl who was working was so kind and made sure to explain the menu to us.
The Owner came out to talk to us and she is so friendly and told me about her background and how she works hard at developing her gluten free recipes! My next order will definitely be a sandwich on her house made gluten free sour dough!
The restaurant itself is small there are two tables inside but multiple tables outside. It was absolutely spotless inside.
I wish I could give this spot more stars because they deserve it!

HUGE fan of a good Reuben. Tried the Reuben. Have eaten Reuben sandwiches from coast to coast. The smoke crust on the meat made this hands-down the best Reuben I have ever eaten! Amazing! Def going back for seconds and thirds!

Had lunch there today I had pulled pork tacos and my wife had a Reuben sandwich with smoked baked beans. The Reuben and the beans were delicious. The tacos were the best tasting I have eaten but they were quite wet and difficult to eat. Here's where the service comes in. The cook / waitress asked how it was and I replied wet but delicious. She tried to convince me to let her replace the meal I said no because I'd finished 2 of the 3 and was very satisfied. My surprise was she refused to put the Tacos on the bill. We'll certainly be back. P. S.limited seating most business is take out and catering.

What a pleasure it was to find this little gem of a place to eat. Food was amazing, staff was so friendly. The bonus cookie was such a nice touch. Very clean. We will be returning many times!

Outstanding! This is the second time we've eaten here. Today I had the burger and Reuben egg roll. The burger was one of the best I've had. Great smokey flavor, a must try in my opinion. The egg roll was fantastic, could have had them as meal alone. Recommend 100%

Ate at The East Coast Smokehouse today for the first time and it was delicious! My wife and I split the pulled pork sliders and the dirty poutine and they were both spectacular. I'll definitely be returning to try the rest of the menu.

Came for lunch and ordered the ribs. The ribs were very delicious and Smokey, the beans were also the perfect smokiness and the coleslaw was delicious. Staff was so friendly and came over to chat and see how things were. Portions were good, but for big eaters you will have to get more sides. I feel like this restaurant had a couple things that could improve a little, like the burger (a little over cooked) and the atmosphere is a little cold, but I think it will find its groove and turn out some great stuff. I did especially like that they had Bahn Mi on the menu. We will be back to try other things!

Lol I tripped over the floor when I walked in to get a menu.
Staff were friendly and kind.
I ordered on skip the dishes later.
A couple suggestions.
A little more bbq sauce on the pulled pork tacos and I'd like to see an option on skip to remove the hollandaise type sauce drizzled on top. Then they'd be perfect.
Similar to the option to chose between pico and pineapple habanero.
The pineapple habanero was good, but muted by the other sauce. It would be reeeeealllly good with just a touch more bbq sauce on the pork.
Pulled pork sandwich was huge and the meat was good. Bread was a bit soggy from the steam and pickles.
My cookies, I appreciate the extra treat. They were wet I guess From being in a fridge? Or maybe from being outside in a cold car on the way here.
Other than that it was pretty good.

I've really wanted to love this place but their quality is a bit uneven. Their customer service is great but food is a bit hit or miss This week my wife & I had their dirty Mac & Cheese. The Mac & Cheese was bland and the pulled pork was too spicy. I ordered today their bratwurst & pierogies and they were really good. I fully intend to go back & hope to score another winner.

Fantastic smoked food, with a decent variety of vegetarian and gluten-free selections. More of a take-out than an eat-in restaurant, though there are a couple of tables for those who wish to eat on the spot. That said, I would define the quality of the food as more restaurant than fast food. A little Sackville gem!

Excellent choice of restaurant for Middle Sackville. Stopped for late lunch and had an amazing experience. Everything made there. Give it a try you won’t be desapointed. Pork skewers. Yummy

These guys ROCK! We had them do a food truck for the crew of our Tv series Moonshine and the lineups didn’t stop. Super affordable, super delicious and super friendly!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the flavours! My favourite item was the Bahn Mi which my roommate and I raved about for days. More expensive than expected for the size, but worth it.

I've said it before - they're a little pricey, but if you want amazing food, yah gotta pay for it! I had 'Dirty Mac & Cheese'. Amazing flavour & portion size!
Brisket was also excellent!
I would highly recommend it!

Paula and her crew make the most delicious donair I've ever had with their in-house made smoked donair meat, and I must not forget to mention the smoke bombs ARE the BOMB! My friend and I also shared a most delicious poutine made with smoked chicken. Sooooo good! Highly recommend!

Amazing food. The smoked pork sliders and smoked pork Taco's were delicious as was the Montreal style smoked meat. We will be back again. It will be a definite destination come Motorcycle season!

Great food great service and fills a niche in the area. To the person complaining about the price of the poutine there's a $4.99 side poutine instead of the full meal one. The student special also seems great. My friend had the smoked meat sandwich done Ruben style and a side poutine (which was 1 full side of a take out container) I had the pork belly bao's and smoked potatoe salad both were delicious. Ive eaten quite a few bao's and these ones were definitely the most full, 3 slices of pork belly in each one. They were over flowing, the potato salad had a great flavor I just wish it was a little chunkier, maybe bigger pieces would be better. Also the complimentary chocolate chip cookies we received were a nice touch to a well rounded meal. Just remember you get what you pay for.

I have to give this little shop 5 stars, I went yesterday for the first time with my client who took me in for lunch, and what a treat! The Montreal smoked meat sandwich was phenomenal. I find it hard to find good bbq food here and this place hit it on the head! I spoke with the owner and she was great, very friendly and hardworking. I am excited to go back and try more of the menu and she mentioned they have some unique items. A must try!

A small 2 table dine in gem. The staff are enjoyable. Full of fun. MTL smoked meat on Rye with Dijon mustard was excellent. Large portions. And a free cookie when you order. Discover this 5 month old find.
