It's unfortunate that East River Animal Hospital declined to see my dog simply because we weren't there in the last 24 months.

The staff here are incredibly caring and helpful. Thank you for the instant appointment with our dog, who decided to devour rising dough off the counter!

Professional, polite with great cleanliness. I never had issues with clinic being overly busy. Wait times are probably best in Pictou County, and charges seem on par with other clinics. They seem genuinely interested in helping you find the answers to your pets needs as well as the overall health of your pet for optimal quality of life!

First time at this vet clinic. They were all very friendly and kind. We're able to give some suggestions of training for my 6 month old dog. Would highly recommend.

Called and you can't get an appointment at any vets from cape Breton to Halifax! They said they have 1 vet working at 3 different locations and can't barely keep the doors open. Unacceptable and they need to hire more veterinarians

The doctor was very thorough and answered all the questions I had. She was great. I feel confident she will provide good long-term care for all my pets. The vaccine cost was the highest I've seen, but they price the exam quite low, so it ended up balancing fairly. After a year, we still continue to use this as our family vet! After-hours emergency could be better, but this is an issue for all of Northern Zone. For after hours emergencies, we still end up going to metro in Halifax.

No empathy for animals, I know you are short staff for vets but some services should be available to animals, especially worm pills. Instead say sorry go somewhere else we aren't taking in new patients.
