Our dining experience started on the right foot thanks to the restaurants host Vishnu. They were not only efficient but also had an excellent knowledge of the menu, offering recommendations that made our meal even more enjoyable.

Everything is simply perfect about this place. Highly suggested. All the staff are nice and polite. Thank you Anupama for suggesting the best dishes.

I would give ESM's 7 stars if I could. The food was great, the service was great. We ended up eating at 4 different ESM's for 5 nights in a row and had a different entree each night. The next time I'm in Canada I will try to find another ESM.

Waited a bit for the kids drinks they were done their food well after they got their drinks. They said it was very busy is why we waited. They sent out the kids food first and they were done before we even got ours. 15/20 minutes later which I find weird. As it's better off with people that have children eat all at once so they don't have to have kids board at the dinner table. That's just me maybe other parents are different. Ask for parmesan cheese for the spaghetti and meatballs and I was pretty well done when they came around with it. Also ordered wings mild there was a few drops of mild sauce. Also ask for a booth and a high chair but they said they did not do boots with high chairs as they do not want to take food or dishes over that child's head. Which is understandable. We sat in an open table. With the high chair and they did four times bring food over my child's head so defeats the purpose of the whole booths and high chair policy. We did speak to the manager as we had good experience every time we went there and he made it right. The only reason why I'm putting this up here cuz it's an honest review and I left there satisfied. The manager made us welcomed and apologize. And said they'll do their best to fix problems. Feedback is feedback regardless if it's bad or good every business could use some will be back in a few months for sure.

Had a great dinner there the other weekend. Despite how busy it was, we didn't wait long to be seated (and it was easy to kill the time in the mall). Our server, Evlin, was very friendly and made sure to check in that we had everything we needed, the food was good, checked if we needed refills when drinks got low, etc. Our food was fresh and delicious. Will definitely eat there again!

Kavya is very good in what she does, very exceptional and I really enjoyed east side marios because of her. She did fantastic.

I ordered the Veal Limones and Caesar salad the salads was swimming in dressing lettuce was wilted, When veal arrived it was so over cooked I had to use the serrated bread knife to cut it.

Here goes my first 5 star in Sydney. Since I landed in Canada from Dubai, I have been missing the wide variety that I could explore in Dubai. This restaurant in this beautiful city has really impressed me with its good ambience, good staffs and delicious food. The Chicken Parmesan Wings and the Double Bacon Carbonara was yum. Will surely revisit to try out the other menu items too.

If to say any different feedback, I would say that the pasta portion seemed a bit small for the price paid. The full portion that was served, seemed half portion that we get in Dubai. Again, maybe this is the norm here. But for sure, I did expect to pack off some after eating, which didnt happen.

Shilpa was fantastic! We appreciated her suggestions, the new Violet Italian Soda is yummy, and she made our overall dining experience lovely.

Good food and great Service. Shilpa is our server today and she is great, friendly, always smile and always check in on us. I will definitely go back to this place with my whole family.

I just got out of East Side Marios having had a wonderful dinner. This is perhaps one of the best restaurants in town. There is something about their service and atmosphere that I cant really pinpoint what's the secret. I would really love to borrow a few of their employees for my own restaurant? My kids really love going here.

Great service and very friendly staff. Always satisfied with the veal sandwich and salad. Don't forget to use your Scene and CAA cards.

I didn't know what to get but my server Craig had a bunch of recommendations ready. I went with the pesto pennie and it was great! Definitely coming back.

The ambience is awesome, they take out time to clean and make sure everywhere is neat, and the staff very friendly too. The food? OMG you need to actually experience it to understand. I love the home loaf that is served and the fact that it’s AYCE makes it even more awesome

Food was good however service was very bad, had my family here last week and 2 of my kids orders had hair in their food. Half my sons food went to waste and most of my daughters. I told the waitress and she said she was gonna talk to the chef and figure it out. She came back we payed our bill and left, didn't realize we were charged for the food with the hair until I got home and checked my receipt. We also had multiple ppl coming to our table and a man with someone else's food. I also got a tomato soup to go and she gave me the wrong soup. Was very disappointed

Service was great. We had Robyn as our server and she was such a sweet person. Wish the Tuscan Chicken was still available though!

Our waitress Shilpa offered an amazing service to all our requests. She was so nice and sweet!

Very nice sever, name on card was amber. Quick service and was informed on menu to help me decide on what to order. Made sure drinks were filled and checked in a good amount of times.

Had the greatest time today. Greatest service and experience I've ever had at East Side Marios. The staff are super friendlyand ery eager to help make your visit a special one.

The Team at this restaurant know how to work together and make the customer feel good.
