If you plan to go here, expect to be waiting near and hour. This is what I went through just to be told I am not eligible for a phone plan being advertised because I was not a new customer. Which tells me that they believe a new customer is more deserving of a discount that is a better plan than mine, someone who has been with them for years.

I don't always get exceptional service on the phone, but I have to give major props to the Truro store. Even when they are very busy they find time for everybody, are polite, and do everything they can to answer your questions or solve your issue. They are a wonderful staff and Eastlink are truly lucky to have such an exceptional team representing them!
