The in store staff is always educated in the new technology. Helpful and friendly.

Every time I go in, I’m met by helpful, courteous staff that can answer most questions. This is strictly the store front. The company has no regard for customers. 4 hours on hold to cancel service after moving out of province.

When I moved and returned all equipment in my possession, one piece of equipment was in the apartment building central location for internet/TV equipment with no access to tenants. I was charged $115. The charges could be reversed if I asked the building manager to locate the specific piece of equipment for my former apartment that I have never seen, and return it to an Eastlink Store.

I chatted first, prior to the review. This is how I knew the charges could possibly be reversed, but by calling someone I barely know to go out of their way and return a piece of equipment that I cannot adequately describe. Eastlink should contact the building manager directly and arrange for equipment pick-up.

They increased our bill this month by $47.79 August 2023, no notice. Called 3 times on hold for over 45 minutes each call hung up. Went to chat line message said wait time 56 minutes. Have been with them almost 15 years. Went to mall office, useless trip. One worker told me if your not happy go elsewhere, now that's great PR. We will be looking at other providers. If they keep operating like this it won't be long before they loose many more accounts.

Decent internet for an expensive price. The employee we picked up our equipment from seemed frustrated with the company and didn't leave a good first impression. Since there's no way to cancel online without talking to someone, we decided to just bring our equipment in when we cancel. However, they wouldn't take our equipment and we had to take it to the post office. They didn't provide us with their return ID, so we had to pay out of pocket for a box to return their equipment because they wouldn't take it at the store they gave it to us at? We received no email or any sort of confirmation that our service was cancelled except the employee's word. Not worth the hassle, go with any other internet service provider.
