Eastlink

Today I came to the store with the problem of paying for home Internet. Two consultant girls didn’t want to help me; before that I went to the same store and they always provided excellent service, but not today.

A salesperson showed up. Said they had a deal. I expressed that to interest. No eastlink ever installed at my house ever. A box showed up (fedex) with Eastlink equip. And now I am in collections with them for the cost of the box contents. I will never do business with Eastlink.

There mailboxes are always full. Although the product of wifi is excellent with almost 0 downtime there customer service is by far the worst.
