Though we are limited for options, I prefer to avoid shopping here. Prices are not very competitive and selection is standard. But most importantly, the staff can be overly pushy - to the point that they will interrupt an obvious conversation. I'd rather wait for delivery from an online supplier than deal with these stores.

Staff is well educated about the games collection and hardware and other related stuff. Place itself having all the required hardware.

The staff was very friendly and approached and asked me if I needed any assistance. Store is small but well maintained.

I've done a few early releases at this location and they've always been great. The manager and staff are really helpful and nice.

First time shopping at this store before, staff was super awesome, prices were decent also. Will be back for much more!

Went in to the Mic Mac Mall location on February 25th to have my Game Stop Platinum Edge rewards card renewed, and I had great help from Isaiah, who looked after me last year. Also bought a copy of NHL 23 for my Xbox One system. All in all, it was a great experience!

Staff are very friendly but, unfortunately, due to their company's customer service policy, they have to ask you 150 different things before you leave the store. Gamestop is turning into a gift shop but its a sign of the times. Digital sales are cutting down on physical game sales. Not exactly a great experience if you are a gamer, though they have game related items. An ok experience all in all.

My 8 year old self thanks you for the Power Rangers ZAP Dragonzord. Also, fantastic staff who were helpful and friendly.

It's fine, but the staff often stare or spread misinformation about gaming devices / products to get you to buy additional hardware.

Loved coming here but today I went in and got a 25 dollar card only to scratch it when I got home and found out the card code is invalid not to mention tried calling and the line remained busy for a good few minutes.

It's GameStop so usually a good place to pop in. Just getting harder to find the reason to go physical media though

A chain store that caters to video games. If you need something for gaming, this is a good place

Good experience at this location. Was in on Friday and picked up a gaming headset and 10 inch Mandolorian Pop figure for my son. Staff where proactive but not over bearing. It could have felt that way very easily as this is a rather small store.

Do you love different tv animated series, if so you'll love EB games. If you have a Pop Funko addiction like me this place is perfect. Not to mention their incredible staff. Always there to help and always put the customer first. When you get the chance go check them out!

Go here if you want to hang out with friendly people. I needed to wait in the mall for a couple hours, Spencer lent me his switch to play Breath of the Wild to help pass the time.

The employees are the most friendly, not to mention the store is very clean and they have plenty of sales.

Staff is always helpful happy easy to get along with and I take my daughter there we have a lot of fun buying our games.

Just fine. I survived the ordeal with My shirt still on My back and a video game that was offered more "protection" than a high ranking mob snitch.

This is a great little store for gamers! Always a great find for my boys when j need a cool gift! And they even have a rewards program and game exchange.

The staff was super friendly to my son.helped him with his piggy bank change.answered all his fortnite questions and took a few minutes just to be nice. Great experience! I think you made a customer for life!

The staff at the mic mac mall location are great! They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of cool finds here too, cool collectibles and a big selection of games!

I’ve been calling around to any place that sells video games looking for a hard to find item for Christmas. I’ve received varying levels of customer service from all of the different stores but EVERY TIME I call this store I get excellent service, regardless of who answers the phone. Recently both Matt and Jen (I really hope I am remembering the correct names after so many phone calls!) showed a genuine interest in my problem, offered helpful advice and went the extra mile to help me find what I needed. I’m still waiting, hoping and calling around but I know I’ll always get a lovely person when I call or visit this store. I’ll definitely be driving a little bit further to purchase items from this store. Thanks so much for your excellent service!
