Worst service Iin long time, walked out.eating g product on counter, where is this item I ask this guy, he says overthrew without looking up, nobody in store but had to ask 2 people for an item and when they call u bud or dude u just don't feel like spending few hundred there, so I went to source and they very friendly helpful, informative and they gladly took money.too many other stores selling same stuff to put up with this guy or girl, idk wasn't sure so didn't call them anything, real awkward there

Staff are helpful and friendly at this one. Never had a problem with these guys and one of the few decent places to actually get games in this province.

Great store but getting served can be slow.

Staff are really helpful but the script they work from delays transactions which if you are trying to buy and go during a lunch break gets a little wearing.

Good selection of new and used

Organized store, staff seemed knowledgeable with the right mix of cool and nerdy/geeky. Limited Magic stock, but plenty of games and accessories.

Mike was awesome, he allowed me to exchange a used game without receipt and gave me no problem. Very nice staff, lots of selection.

When they have stocks limited purchases is only allowed on Pokémon

I went in today and seen 4 deck boxes in the "save today" bin near the cash when going in the store, no sticker price on them, i had asked the enployee how much they were, he said someone must of accidently left it in there, i said " theres 4 of them in here" he replied " oh then they must be on sale, let me check the computer" when he checked he said " they were on sale i think on friday, for 5$" when i asked if he could honor the deal he said " no, they are 20$ now" i left very dissapointed with the customer servicei received, Decided to buy nothing.

Love the GameStop in the mall! Stopped in to get some Pokémon cards the other day which was awesome! Staff were super friendly and helpful. The store is small, but has everything you'll need. I will definitely be back to this location as the staff are awesome, friendly, and very helpful
