Great place to buy gaming stuff just don't cash your gaming stuff in here. Go to the pawnshop to get more or cash.

Only 2 star because the hours for this store are very lazy and most of the time they don't seem to answer the phone during open hours 11-6 means over sleep and get home early enough to roll one up and play video games on the couch all night right? Seriously though if I could I'd run a better store with better hours the plus side is besides giving a low all trade in value for things video game wise they do have multiple platforms and games so that's great at least but business wise not the greatest

Love coming here, always a great place to relax and look for new games and accessories. Customer service has always been top notch and all the staff here are amazing.

They carry the latest in games and platforms. Geeky merchandise lines the walls and smiling faces behind the counter. Wonderful shop!

Bought a 'New' glow box for one of my Pop figures tonight. The plastic sides on the case looked like they had been through a war. Makes me wonder how 'New' the rest of the products there are.

UPDATE: While they were happy to replace the glow box for me, I guess they gave me the one some other chump returned because the plastic sides were just as, if not more, used than the original I got.

They are running this store like a well oiled machine. They have almost too many employees on hand to help you find anything and everything your heart desires as far as gaming is concerned. They are respectful and helpful, and the store is as clean as can be, because I know that matters also. 97/100 on the score from me just because I dont think anyone is perfect. But they're mighty close!

Walked in to eb games today looking to spend some money on new games and console and funk o pops was completely ingoned by all 3 staff employees. Which they were triping over their on to feet to welcome others. So it will be the last time I set foot in there and will support my online stores instead like Amazon

I called ahead and they held the game I was looking for and they were very friendly and helpful

Update: The manager, called me today to let me know this is not an acceptable practice in any of their stores, she is very sorry that this happened. We talked for a moment, came to an Excellent resolution, and I am happy with their efforts!

Bought a recycled controller from these guys today, and it was absolutely disgusting. They didn't clean it at all, even though we're in the pandemic. I usually buy all of my stuff at the Halifax store but they had no controllers in stock, and I've never received one that wasn't clean.

Love the shop, super knowledgeable, always friendly. Cost is high but that's the market. Would recommend.

I'm very pleased with how friendly the staff is and the game selection. The only thing that I really don't like he is the trade-in values on a lot of games. I am thankful that this place is here because I'd like to buy physical copies of my games because I have a slow internet connection at home in downloading a game that's a hundred gigabytes would take me a month.

Besides the trade-in values I'm also a little irritated at how much they actually sell the used games for. They have a two-tier pricing system to which you only get a better price if your a platinum member and sometimes their pricing for a used game is more expensive than what you can pick up that same used game from other local vendors. It's not the store's fault it's the terrible company policy

I have mostly visited every EB games in the province and this location is my #1, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a great selection of collectibles such as Funko pops. Definitely a go to place.
