Worst experience ever.ordered it for a friend's anniversary but the fruits were rotten.wouldn't even give 1 star if the flowers weren't fresh

Delivery guy was great, he had some difficultly getting into the recipients apartment complex and he called me to work it out. He tried flagging down people and ending up buzzing a neighbour which worked. Really appreciate the effort to making sure it got delivered as opposed to just bringing it back to the store.

Just want to thank Edible Arrangement for their great customer relation.what a way to keep a customer. They sent a small fruit basket at no charge to make up for the one I order on Saturday.

I sent a gift to a senior friend and she loved it. They are a little bit expensive, but a nice change from flowers. Flowers aren't cheap either so this is nice option. The service was very helpful in the store.

I had amazing customer service from Ryan at the Halifax location. I needed the delivery moved up and he made sure it arrived in time! Thanks so much Ryan.

Called last minute looking for a delivery on a tight timeliness that looked like it was going to be impossible to meet. I left the conversation letting them know I was going to look at alternatives and get back to them as I was calling from another part of the province and wasn't going to be able to do a pickup myself. Long story short, I got an unprompted call-back a short while later telling me they would do their best to help me out- unbelievable! Made my day. Professional and helpful to say the least. Highly recommended.

Placed my order 3 weeks in advance and delivery was still late in the day. Happened more than once. Edible Arrangement is no longer in my options for sending gifts, which is too bad. Meant for the store in Langley BC.

Was sent an arrangement for my birthday, the arrangement itself was amazing, fresh and delicious, however they also ordered me a teddy bear which cost 16.99, it was extremely low quality for that price, I've seen better quality at my local dollar store. Don't bother ordering the bear its very disappointing And absolutely not worth the extra money

AMAZING! Not only is the food great but staff is absolutely wonderful. I called because I was running late and had a few places I needed to be and they were closing. I asked if they could wait 5 minutes after closing in case I didn’t make it in time and the many on the phone not only agreed but said if I wasn’t able to make it 5 minutes after that he would give the order to the pet shop next door so they could keep it under the counter and I could get it from there! So happy to see: absolutely recommend getting something from here!

I came here to get my husband's anniversary gift. (4 yr traditional gift is fruits/veggies). My husband is an active navy member and I inquired about military discount through my online order.

I called ahead of time to find out about curbside pick up preferences, due to location, parking, covid, etc. I asked about my online question that I put through my order. They never even noticed it. I was told my order wouldn't be ready until the exact time. (I called 15 minutes early). Which was no problem.

I go in and again asked about the military discount and the girl had no idea and then had to go into the back, again and ask the person I spoke to about it on the phone. (I'm the type of person who does not like to waste my time or others time. Not something you can get back.) I was told that only active members receive the discounts but not their family members.

Now, just to let you know, Military spouses have been provided military spouse ID Cards for many reasons, as well as CFOne cards. Neither of these would be accepted here, even though the intent of this fruit tray was for an active navy member. I was not given nor even offered a discount.

I'm not trying to sound patriotically stuck up but I was quite offended by this remark, as I was pretty much told that my military spouse ID was not respected or recognized for a discount but anywhere else that provides military discounts will recognize/respect/accept our spousal ID's.

This place is not cheap. For 12 pieces of decorated fruit, I paid over $60. Lesson learned and fondue fun at home is muuuuch cheaper! I have shared this experience within the military community and the military family resource center. It's unfortunate that you don't realize how supportive our community is, as we are very connected.

Delicious and appetizing box of goodies at your doorstep that will suit the party/evenet/moment you’re hosting! This box was sent to me by my former colleagues and it definitely did not disappoint! I especially loved the mini cheesecake! Not only that, they have a birthday promo that you can claim during your birth month. For convenience, they also have online ordering/payment system and door-to-door delivery! A little expensive, though, but oh well

Placed an order for my sister in law's baby shower and they called us from the store the day before to confirm order. On the day of the shower they 'forgot' to deliver! Will never order with them again and very disappointed with the service!

Called the morning of my girlfriends birthday (10am) and they were able to deliver this cute fruit masterpiece arrangement to her by 2 when she was off work! Amazing timing. Great customer service over the phone. She absolutely adored it and loved the chocolate covered strawberries. Was definitely a hit and so different and artsy! (definitely doing it for all birthdays)! Thank you:)
