Food was excellent! Took a little bit to get it after bringing ordered but service was great

Hosted a large group (23) in the private room. The staff was phenomenal! Food and drinks were served quickly and accurately. The food was delicious and portions were large (perhaps too large!). The final bill was significantly less than expected, which was a wonderful bonus. Would recommend for hosting your holiday party,!

We came here for our wedding anniversary and as always, our friends at Ela did not disappoint.

Every visit to Ela is amazing. I've tried many of their dishes, and all were delicious. The feta cheesecake is so yummy.

The food was great and the server - Kathy - was very nice. She was fun and helpful. It was a great time!

What a delight! I had heard it was good, and it 100% was. It looks unassuming based on location, and boy was I wrong. Gorgeous interiors, fantastic service I was absolutely thrilled. We can't wait to go back.

We came here by chance. Not wanting any chain restaurants or fast food. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of their food and very attentive service. We had an issue with one dish that was a bit under temp and without and issue was taken away and heated. In the meantime we were brought out an extra salad and more pita. Nice to see a place that takes pride in their food and service.

The restaurant is pretty great and the service is great too. The problem was with some food. The potatoes were undercooked and the lamb was like rubber. We had an octopus which was amazing. Besides that everything was good.

The food was delicious and mouth watering I'm in love with everything the server was super nice her name is sindey I think that how you spell it and food was astonishing that's why I give 5 star review.

The food, service and just the general feel of the restaurant are always amazing everytime we go there. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back.

The atmosphere is really lovely and different from others restaurants. You can actually feel a greek vibes.

If you are looking for Greek vibes and nice sit down meal this is the place to be! Very good food with so many options to choose from including many vegan and gluten-free friendly choices. The staff are really attentive and helpful. You can come here just for two or big group.

Ilove this place, food and servicr are always incredible. This place is always squeaky queen which i llove too. I also love the trees, i like to pick them and take free olives home with me! Sometimes they fall on your plate which is an extra bonus, more free olives! Thank u ela!

Amazing experience here! The interior design is beautiful and very impressive. The food is absolutely delicious and like nothing I’ve ever had. Also the service was amazing such kind people and a special shout-out to Aletta (sorry if I spelled it wrong) she gave great recommendations and was so pleasant to talk to! Lovely atmosphere and some of the very best food I've eaten. My one complaint is that my friends and I had made a tradition of going and sharing the Greek Platter. It was the perfect amount of food for each of us (a hard balance to find) and gave a sizable sampling of a variety of Greek dishes. Sadly this dish was recently removed from the menu to our great chagrin. Speaking personally I would be hugely thankful if that dish made a return for everyone to enjoy as well. With that one change they would surely earn that fifth star.

Consistently bad experiences here. It’s nearby so I want to like it but it’s always flavourless food and poor service. I didn’t want to say anything but now that I see they’re getting political I have to make it clear that I will never return.

Edited to add: I’m not sure why you’d be searching your POS for my name/meals as my most recent visit was more than a month ago. It would be pretty weird if you have every customer you’ve ever served’s names and meals stored eternally. I do remember sharing the kalamari with a friend on one visit. I love calamari and try it everywhere. It was bland, and served cold. We mentioned it to our server who said that the rest of the food would be ready soon so it would be be with remaking. I’ve also had the haddock and the salmon — neither anything to write home about. I was in once with a friend with a gluten intolerance and the server made us (her) feel like a massive inconvenience for it. It’s a shame I’d have to share more details in order for you to believe the review. I have no motivation to make something up about your establishment and am just being honest about a history of poor experiences.

First time being here since it was Opa. I'm being generous with 2 stars, the service was good & pleasant. The app (risotto balls) was good but the main was a not good (beef short rib), not good at all. I don't think I will be back to spend that kind of money on that kind of food.

Excellent experience, the meal was fantastic, the service was excellent, we really enjoyed ourselves.

My wife went with her friends. She said the food was pathetic and tasteless. Service was extremely slow and servers were very rude. Food quantity and quality was very low. Its a failed restaurant. Luckily I have not tried this restaurant and dont plan to. I hate bad service. Such restaurant should be shut down doesn’t matter even if it is local. Simply get lost.

The irony is I told my wife almost 10 times not to go to Ela. Avoid it. The restaurant looks gloomy and a dead place by the look of it. Well here she is regretting.

We really enjoyed the food here. Everything was delicious but it was a bit pricey. The portion size was perfect.

We love Ela but, based in our last visit they may be slipping. Waitress told us coffee would be delayed while they brewed a fresh pot. The coffee which arrived was little more than warm, clearly not fresh. We sent a glass of water back because it had dried food encrusted on the rim. On drinking our coffee my mug had a ring stain half way down from the previous user. The mug had clearly not been washed properly, if at all. They had run out of mint jelly for our lamb. Overall, lots of little frustrations throughout, all avoidable.

Swarma was very dry, but literally everything else we had was fantastic. The dip trio thing is amazing, and it's super cool they give you bread first. Also the trees in the centre are so cute, nice spot for any occasion.

Nice doctor the trees and string lights but however the food was not good to me portion is extremely small for that high price. I guess I’m paying for the decor too

Basic simple food, nothing too special but not over the top or pretentious either. Friendly staff.

Food quality has dropped. Not sure if there has been a change in ownership or kitchen staff. Fish cakes were ok but no salad as per the menu.

Great food, huge portions nice atmosphere. The only problem is the restaurant has decide if it is upscale or not. Food is great, wine selection like upscale but then coke is served in a can, hummus in a plastic cup and a tv in the corner. I think they just have to decide if they are fine dining or a local bar.

The food was fantastic, service was great. Tue noise level was low enough that we could comfortably hold a conversation throughout dinner. We had chicken and lamb souvlaki, lamb shank and dolmades dinners, all we're hot and delicious, the lamb extremely tender. Calamari as am appetizer, perfectly done.

Absolutely the best Greek dinner I have had in a really long time. Will certainly be returning. Our server, Laura was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. She and ela! Have set the standard for other restaurants to match.

We had a special event in their private room, although the restaurant was busy that night the food and service were great. The Greek wines are especially tasty
