Dr Chute is fantastic! He’s thorough and provides excellent care to my whole family so I’d strongly recommend this centre.

Just recently had my exam and glasses. Dr. Saywood is such an excellent doctor. Very thorough and explained my eye health to me. The whole process was great from the friendly reception staff, pretester and optician, Dolly, who helped me. I love my glasses! I highly recommend.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I am very impressed with the care given by Dr. Norris who was very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. Exceptional service! I highly recommend FYI Elmsdale.

I have two recent experiences that really showed how amazing this office is and how much they care.
My daughters glasses broke at school one day so I called FYI and they were able to replace the frames the same day for us which was amazing since we didn’t have a back up pair for her. They were friendly, helpful and gave us amazing service.
Also, my husband suddenly started to have vision issues that were really effecting his day to day. They were able to get us in quickly on a cancellation list and the doctor took amazing care of him and got him referred to all the right specialists. She also helped us to see that this problem was something that we needed to act on and not wait on. Her help has been invaluable and we are so thankful for her guidance as well as all the other staff members who helped us out.
Side note: we have had amazing experience with multiple doctors, the front office and the optician staff as well.

Best place ever that I have used since wearing glasses. Knowledgeable, friendly staff that explained everything in a clear patient way. I’ve never had a better pair of glasses before coming here (and my sunglasses are the best!). Also excellent with children. Highly recommend.
