Surprised my husband with a pedicure for the 2 of us and it was awesome! I've only ever had one and it was not a great experience. I know where to go for my next one! Katie and Mary were awesome and did a fabulous job, especially since I'm VERY ticklish. And the massaging chairs were AMAZING! Price was reasonable and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a pedicure!

I book an appointment at 1pm for a 6pm because they had an opening. I cold at 5.30 and I asked if I could reschedule my appointment. I was informed that I needed to pay 50% so I told i would not cancel. I arrived on time and waited 15 minutes. No sorry that the person is running late. The professional came 15 minutes late and asked me if I was there for a manicure or pedicure. No sorry I am late. I needed to respect your time but you don't respect mine.

Absolutely love this place my nail artist is amazing! Such attention to detail is incredible and the atmosphere is so nice and relaxing will forever go here

It was my first time there and I got a full set. Thi was amazing, so sweet and quick! I recommend her!

Beautiful, clean, relaxing atmosphere. Kim took care of me. Did an amazing job for a full set acrylic. She was quick and precise. 0 issues with shaping, gel and color application.

First pedicure experience ever, and it won't be the last! Kim was wonderful and probably knew I was silently giggling to myself (real ticklish)!

Update: Encore Nail Bar definitely went above and beyond to help remedy my experience. Will definitely have to try them out again when I’m in Halifax. The customer experience is fantastic.

Clean, friendly, nice music, HGTV channel on tv. Pedicure was so well done. Also on a previous pedicure which had chipped, they made it right and had awesome customer service regarding that.

I just got a luxury pedicure from Katie and it was amazing! She took great care of my nails and did an amazing job painting them with a design. It’s a relaxing atmosphere and will definitely be back! Thanks Katie!

Great service and cute shop. Went here for my wedding nails with my mom and sister. Unfortunately my acrylic nails only lasted 5 days before they were chipping. Luckily I made it through my wedding before they all chipped off. My mother and sisters nails have stayed good 3 weeks out. Update: The store reached out and very kindly offered to make amends, that was very generous of them, would highly recommend this store as they strive for the 5 star experience and clearly care about their customers.

I had a manicure with Dason today and am so happy with how they turned out. He did a wonderful job and was very knowledgeable. The salon is clean, they are efficient and on time. Definitely recommend.

Took my sister in to get her nails done for her graduation, Tina did an amazing job and my sister is extremely happy. Tina was very professional and took great care of her. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I went to Encore for the first time today, based on their great reviews. The reviews are true. This place is fantastic! Amazing service, and they even have a drink menu for a very luxurious experience. My manicure and pedicure was excellent, and I highly recommend this business.

I made an appointment the day before and was with a lovely lady. Booking online was easy and straight forward. I'm not too picky with my nails, however, Tina did a wonderful job. I'll for sure be returning for more services.

Since my review I have been back to Encore - and I will definitely be returning! The staff was wonderful after my first experience, ensuring I was leaving a happy customer.

Although I ended up going with a different shape and length, the tech was very accommodating and skilled at doing my nails. I look forward to going back and getting them done again:)

Overall, I’m unhappy with the result of my nails. The shape & length were not what I wanted. I asked for “soft almond” and ended up with super pointy nails. Unfortunately, over half the initial length was filed off and the nails are uneven and pointy (plus there are bubbles in the nails).

The final result was uneven nails that were super pointy, and very short. I showed the tech the picture I wanted but it definitely was not what I asked for.

To the tech’s credit, she did ask how I liked the shape, however, it was difficult to see it very well behind the divider.

This was not worth $90 in my opinion. I feel like I ended up with a real life “Instagram vs. Reality” situation. I showed the nail tech what I wanted, said the shape, and had a good length (initially). Unfortunately, over half the length was filed off and the nails are uneven and pointy (plus there are bubbles in the nails).

Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location. I have booked somewhere else a month from now.

I had gotten a full set 5 days ago.broke one by accident and she redid the entire nail free of charge. Katie V is very professional and I will continue to support this business.

Love this place and have been 3 times now! Always able to get an appointment and the staff are so wonderful! The prices are reasonable and the shop is beautiful too! Definitely reccomended.

This was my first time, I had a booked appointment for a pedicure. My appointment started on time. The young lady who did my feet also have me a foot/leg massage and checked that I liked the colour before she continued. This is the best place in the city that I’ve been to for service, cleanliness, quality and pleasant
