Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Easily accessible location. Gas station nearby. Clean and reliable cars and awesome staff. I need to point out though that Mitch is awesome! Enterprise is super lucky to have a leader like him in their staff! He definitely went above and beyond to help out when we were stuck in a rather extreme undesirable situation. Super friendly, accommodating, helpful and just flipping fantastic guy. If it wasn't for him I would've probably never been able to get back home. Mitch you're amazing sir! And I definitely owe you so much gratitude for what you did for me.

My small truck was in for repairs and I was given a rental vehicle to drive. It was specifically requested, in writing, that I be given an SUV size vehicle and not a truck because I did not feel comfortable driving a larger vehicle. Enterprise gave me a truck which was very hard to climb up into, especially since there weren’t even any running boards. I was simply told that trucks are not rented with running boards. It was such a challenge to get in and out of the vehicle that I simply drove it home and let it sit in my garage for close to a week until my vehicle was ready. The company should have offered a smaller vehicle as soon as the person who delivered it saw how I was struggling and how concerned I was. What an expense and a very disappointing experience with this rental company.

The staff are absolutely amazing. They have always come through for me with a rental especially during these difficult times. Keep up the great work.

They don't have anything larger than a small car until possibly some time in September, and that only maybe!

Reserved a car online (paid) and showed up to pick it up and they had no cars there to rent 100% would not recommend

Absolutely great service. Had an accident and my insurance company provided a rental car through Enterprise. They went above and beyond to provide excellent service and a great vehicle (which was an upgrade over what I generally drove). While waiting I watched as they dealt with an extremely unreasonable and irrate customer as he berated them over the car he was getting (he booked a class of vehicle, but "Ford's a garbage and a teenagers car, I need a man's car"). They dealt with him extremely professionally. Top notch service.

I've been renting cars at this location for a very long time. There are times when they are car Rich which means they have a lot of cars on the lot or car poor which means they have little or no cars available.

There are times when I've booked a small vehicle and when they didn't have one for me I get a free upgrade to something larger.

We recently needed a rental car. The staff were courteous, the car was clean and they dropped it off to us! It turned out something on the car was not working properly and Enterprise went out of it's way to make sure we were satisfied! I think their staff is an amazing asset to them.
