Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The Kempt Road Enterprise location, is by far, the best place in Halifax to rent a car. It is so convenient that they pick you up, and drop you off within the city, and their rates are very reasonable. The last few times I have been there, Sarah was my customer service representative. She is so friendly, courteous and professional. She really goes the extra mile to make the experience easy, and hassle free.

The kempt location has to be the absolute best place I’ve personally rented from with Enterprise. Zack has went up and beyond excellent customer service and would highly recommend renting from this location entirely!

I can’t emphasize enough how much Zach has done for this place in general, only met him once and he was overly helpful, kind and friendly. He treats everyone as if they are a friend rather then a customer and truly takes the time to get to know people and there needs. Definitely only referring others to him.

I was having the hardest time trying to get a rental car! But Enterprise on Kempt Road made everything go so smoothly and it was amazing service and very kind! The car I rented was perfect and a smooth ride! Really appreciate how great everything worked out! Thank you!

Thanks Walled and Ijaz for their professional assistance when we were trying get our car rental approved through our insurance company. We arrived close to the 1200 pm closing on Sat and they both made time to assist us and liaise wth our insurance to get the rental sorted out. This extra effort showed notch customer service and professionalism. Thank you.

Rented my first car the other day. Painless. Staff were nice and approachable, seemed eager to assist. Gave us a drive back to the dealership for me to get my car.

I cannot say enough about the excellent service we received at this location. We were greeted with nothing but smiles. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. They recommended places to go, ensured we were aware of the gas stations on our trip around Cabot trail (as they are few and far between). When we dropped off the vehicle, they offered to drive us to our final destination that was close by. Christian and Haley thank you! A big thank you to the two gentlemen that served us and upgraded our rental to the Jeep! We had an amazing trip and a wonderful experience at enterprise.

Amazing service with rental car. They called in advance to confirm our reservation and everything was timely and efficient when we arrived. Office was clean, staff were well dressed and well mannered. Return was also very easy as there was a drop box for keys.

I recently rented a car from here. Can't say enough about how helpful they were. The little red Spark was immaculately clean, a joy to drive and great on gas. Staff were helpful and provided a shuttle from our hotel and, when we returned the car back to their location (not to the airport) they kept their word on reimbursement. I would rent from them again! Great service.
