Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My car's engine seized on Boxing Day leaving us stranded on the side of the hwy for an hour and a half. The staff at this location were so helpful. Not only did they provide us with a vehicle but they were so accomodating with pricing options, etc. They were a beacon of light in a pretty dark time for me and my family. Customer service is top-drawer!

Highly recommend! While I’m wary of car rentals, this location far exceeded my expectations. Greg and team were extremely friendly and helpful right from the get go - they made it super easy to make the reservation, communicative all the way up to the pick up date, and ensured the drop-off process was easy breezy. Will certainly come here again when I’m in Dartmouth/Halifax!

Enterprise never fails to exceed my expectations. This branch even surpassed that level; the staff was exceptionally cheerful and helpful during pick up and drop off. They followed up with us during our rental period to make sure everything was OK. The vehicle was almost new, in great shape and fun to drive through the winding roads of Cape, Breton National Park. Overall an A+ experience.

Rented a vehicle while visiting Nova Scotia to drive to Sydney and had the pleasure of working with the staff at this location. I’ve never rented a vehicle personally but have dealt with rental car companies before. The staff who helped us was wonderful, they made sure the car was clean and actually ready 15 minutes before we were scheduled to receive it. The car was clean, drove very nice and we were satisfied with the vehicle we got. I received a courtesy call to ask how everything was which was also appreciated. I would absolutely recommended this Enterprise location for the service and vehicle provided. Top notch team keep it up!

Too bad they make you land in a remote client service center and not speak directly with the actual business!

They didn't have a car available for 2 days, but after that they have a great car for me and the agent was very polite and helpful.

Amazing service. Greg especially was a great help both with helping get a vehicle and recommending spots around Nova Scotia and Cape Breton to visit for our vacation. Car worked great and both pick up and drop off were super easy.

Renting a car for 6 weeks, originally for 4. Extending it was easy and the car is in great shape.

My insurance company rented me a car from Enterprise while my car was repaired at Steele Collison across the street. The process was seamless, they picked me up from Steele and shuttled me back afterwards. The car they loaned me was in great condition and the staff members were both very professional and friendly.

As a corporate and private customer, the managment and staff at the Portland St location have always gone out of their way to help in any way they can. Most recently, I had a corporate rental reserved for two days, but had to keep extending it for work reasons to eight days. It was never a problem. Thanks as always and keep up the great work all of you!

Our car broke down right by this Enterprise and the staff there went above and beyond! They offered me my 8 month old to come in out of the cold, and boiled some water so I could heat up a bottle for her. I thanked them a hundred times, but just wanted everyone else out there to know how pleasant they were even when I wasn't renting from them. Just someone who needed help.

The management and staff at the Portland street location are incredible. Will always use this location when we're home in Nova Scotia.

Worst service you could expect. Staff need training on company policies. If you want to be talked down to and called a liar please spend your money here if not save it for better service and trained staff elsewhere. 1 star is to much.
