I always go back to enterprise for car rental because of the customer service, the variety of options, and affordability. Highly recommend

Me with my family recently took a trip from Halifax to Charlottetown
(PEI) and rented a car by Enterprise (one-way rental) because I had
seen such great customer service reviews. We were extremely happy with our car rental experience. It was all seamless from rental to return and the vehicle we were provided with was exactly what we asked for and perfect for our trip! I would highly recommend Enterprise!

The kona I rented had started making noise the second day into our holiday. On the third day we were driving up to cape Breton and unfortunately we had to turn around as the car was sounding worse. We stayed over night and on the fourth day driving back to Sydney to the nearest enterprise the car just shut off. I had my wife and 3 year old in the car. The situation was extremely uncomfortable. Upon getting to the enterprise in Sydney the manger there was very pleasant and got me into another rental right away.

Received a email and phone call from enterprise today. They made things right and Brendon I talk to from Halifax enterprise was extremely helpful and very professional

My cousin and I recently took a trip to Halifax and rented our car through Enterprise because they have such great customer service reviews. We were extremely happy with our car rental experience, and Allison went above and beyond to help us book an additional day with our vehicle, when our flights were suddenly changed by the airline (which seems to happen more and more!). It was a seamless experience from rental to return, and the vehicle we were provided with was exactly what we asked for and perfect for our trip! I would highly recommend Enterprise!

Rented a car from the Halifax airport Enterprise this past weekend and the experience was fantastic. Leanne was an absolute pro, friendly, fast and thorough, I've been spoiled for all other car rentals! The return experience was just as easy. Highly recommend

I have never in my life met someone as rude as the attendent who works at the Enterprise rent car person at the Halifax airport. Aweful aweful service.

Beyond unimpressed. The older grey haired lady was extremely rude with me yesterday when I came to switch out my vehicle. Got a massive gas guzzler (only car left) in Truro start of January after my car accident then switched for a Mitsubishi to save on gas.it slid everywhere in the snow and made me feel unsafe. Drove from Truro to Halifax with a reservation for a RAV4 and the grey haired lady was very rude and full of attitude when I got there and gave me pretty much the same style Mitsubishi I was already driving. Also lied and said that I’d swapped out 4 cars already and wasn’t allowed to come back when I hadn’t. PLUS covered in scratches and dents. Gave them back the keys and took my business to Avis where they were AMAZING.

Take your business to Avis. Much more accommodating and very kind and personable just a few counters down.

Over-all positive experience. Never have issues with Enterprise at any of it's locations, and this one is no exception.:)

Had an issue with a car from another location but was well looked after, typical Enterprise quality, trained staff.

My first time renting a car. We needed an SUV for 5 nights to visit family. We received an upgraded model. The service people were helpful and got me checked in and out in a quick manner. And the bill was what I had calculated it would be before we left for our trip.

It was very impressive that the staff stayed on duty well past closing when my flight was late arriving. Without that car, the night would have been very difficult.

We had a complicated itinerary traveling through Canada back to Maine when our ferry to Bar Harbor was cancelled.
Mark at Halifax Nova Scotia airport was great at handling the logistics and making it such a better trip for us
plus the van was an excellent vehicle for exploring Nova Scotia.thank you to Mark!

Easy accessible from Terminal, super fast friendly service, clean newer vehicles. Return as fast as pick up. All one imagines from a perfect no hassle car rental.
