Rented a vehicle from the windmill rd location over the holidays. The staff were incredible. They provided a vehicle at a very reasonable rate during a difficult time. Couldn't be more grateful. All my future rentals will be with the location on windmill rd without a doubt!

I rented a truck from Enterprise on windmill road in Dart N. S.while my truck was being repaired and i must say the rental went great right from the beginning.

I booked a car in advance. The pickup time was for Saturday at 12: 00 and we arrived to get the car. When we got there (just a few minutes after 12) they were closed and no one was there. We had just came from the airport in a taxi expecting to have a car to continue with our vacation but instead we were stranded for an hour in the parking lot trying to find another car rental (luckily Steele on demand was very helpful) would not recommend enterprise because they need to put the pickup times in times when someone will actually be there

Excellent experience with them. Had to leave my car at the TD Car Shop and the rental was ready as scheduled, car was great, and with follow up calls before, during and after the rental to check if everything went well. Would totally recommend. All the staff was great.

I rented a car from this location in 2022, when I returned it I left my Rayban sunglasses in the rental car. I didn't remember until I went to grab them from my car about 2 months later and remembered where I had left them. I called enterprise 2 times without anyone answering, a few days later I left a voicemail asking if they had found them in the car or if there was a lost and found and I sent 2 emails. This was during Covid so I thought I would have a better chance at someone finding them when the car was being cleaned for the next customer, but I didn't hear from anyone. I expected someone to at least call/email me back and let me know they looked and didn't have them.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Will NEVER rent from Enterprise and specifically this location ever again.

Rented a charger. Start to finish everything was great specially that guy named Edward helped alot.

Rented a car for a week of lots of driving, when we arrived there wasn't a small vehicle at this location and I don't feel comfortable in a bigger sedan. Megan was so amazing and found a smaller car (a vw which was a personal bonus) and showed no judgement by my inquiry for a smaller car. I really appreciated the great service with a lovely smile!:) Thanks again Megan!
