Enviro Water Tech has been very helpful in solving our hard water issue. Our new propane boiler was being clogged by the hard water residue and/or sediment from our well. We were advised to seek out water treatment to preserve our heating system and domestic water. So, we called Enviro.
From the first contact to making the payment, everything was easy. Their obvious experience and knowledge made me confident that I was doing the right thing. Every question was answered, every concern addressed, and the appointment kept with perfect timing.
Caleb was especially good, efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend their crew wholeheartedly.

We called Enviro Water because they were highly recommended and they were fast to reply for a water test. They were great, after discussing our water quality there was no pressure to buy. This was very refreshing, The install of our new UV filter was done with great care and professionalism. I would recommend Eviro Water for a fre water test and to install and maintain any new or existing equipment.

Don was very helpful with a new owner tutorial for a recently installed water softener system@ filter and uv system.and helped with a leak detection system set up online… I wish more service contractors were like don…friendly and professional.

We have been an Envirowater customer since 2014 and when we moved out to Bridgewater, we knew we had to have them take care of our water. I contacted them on a Friday and on the following Monday, Caleb came in and installed two filtres to deal with our high arsenic, iron and manganese levels. Caleb was efficient and knowlegeable like all the previous technicians we have dealt with in the past. Ever so pleased they come all the way out here! Highly, highly recommended!

Our water source to our home is "open surface water" and must be treated for use. The technicians analyzed the water and installed the equipment required. I have a complicated system (because of the open surface water and changing conditions) and it is managed by highly skilled technicians. I insisted that my white fixtures remained white and the water be clean and odorless. Equipment can be expensive, but, water must be safe and with years of service for maintenance and upgrades, I highly recommend this company for all your water issues.

New home water softener installed with the price being right and a complete and awesome improvement to my water quality. I was having water problems in my home I made # of calls one said I am to far away.another said ok but never showed up then I called enviro water technologies they came with one week and fix my water problem and the tec.that came to my home (Don Howard) did a great neat and clean job and explained everything to me so hats off to enviro water, and Don great tec highly recommend him thank you.

Don’t waste your money buying anything from Envirowater. Their products and customer service are both garbage. They will appear to provide good service but trust me that will change once they have your money. They told me I was lucky when I contacted them to tell that my system stopped working less than 2 years after it was installed. They added that most people only get six months from an arsenic system. Got that in writing through a BBB complaint should you have any doubt. Just thankful I found out how terrible the company is before getting a system for our new house! Trust me when I say stay clear of Envirowater or you will regret it!

When we contacted Enviro Water in early 2022 we had struggled with poor water quality for years. Don came out and quickly identified the issue, helping us to optimize our existing system. We went from showers, toilets and dishes being stained by the iron and rotten smell on the hot water to crystal clear water. Thank you for your help and professionalism Don!

I searched the internet and talked with friends trying to get recommendations in putting a water softner system in my home. I'm so glad I did that.it really paid off. Enviro Water Technologies was amazing. A young gentleman named Caleb came out to my home, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and detailed. He explained everything as he went along testing the water and seeing what type of system would be best for my home. I received an email on what I would need, how to apply for their financing program and the estimated cost for all. It was clear and fair. I was very happy. I asked for a date to have it installed and at the door they were. Caleb and his coworker came in, installed the system (beautifully I may add), tested everything, explained the system to me and I was very satisfied. Thank you Enviro, job well done!

We have arsenic in our water supply. Envirotech came up with a solution. Great service. Knowledge service people. Friendly, fast, and dependable.

We recently had to get our home refinanced and a water test and arsenic system was needed. John was incredible to deal with, as always. I would highly recommend him.

Had sediment issues with my water, they promptly came over and gave me a quote and I was able to get them to install the new backwashing system within a few days. They had to come back and make adjustments but it was done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended. System is working great!

I have had several systems installed by Envirowater, they have been really good to deal with and are reasonably priced, will definitely deal with them again for any future water treatment needs

I can see why this company has a rating of 4.9 out of 5! They have been servicing the well water system for Clair and myself for years. Today John was on time (to the minute) and he walked through everything with me, explaining so that I understood what was happening. He did exactly the right amount of work to solve the problem (i.e. Didn't try to overcharge), explained what the system would do next, and as always everything is resolved to our satisfaction.

They helped me out with a Reverse Osmosis System and UV light. The cost was very reasonable and the service was prompt and courteous.

For some strange reason my sister's name comes up here. I contacted Enviro Water to assess my filtration system. I have been a single home owner for years and know a lot about maintaining a home - from drywall to caulking to stripping windows etc.also having owned a service oriented business for years, so I appreciate it when I get the truth about things. Over the years I have heard so many different answers to my questions about the filtration system that I was getting irritated! I had to get my well re-drilled, that brought in manganese which made the water hard, so I had to get a water softening system. John came today and gave me a through lesson in the filtration process. I wish I could have taped the whole conversation! He was thorough, honest and did not try to sell me a new system like most others have done. He tested everything to ensure that the system was working at this point. I know in the future I will have to upgrade, but I am so appreciative that I got answers about everything - I will never call anyone else. Good work Enviro Water!

Overpriced compared to competitors. I highly suggest that you shop around for quotes before you use them.

We had our reverse osmosis system installed 2 years ago by Don. We are 100% satisfied with the system and are enjoying the great taste of our well water plus the added bonus of knowing that it is very safe to drink. After building our home, we found out that we had a higher than normal arsenic level in our water. We researched water filtration systems online and attended Home Show events. We met with 4 companies at our home to recommend their water filtration solution. Our last meeting with Don was the clear winner because of his industry knowledge and explanations for options to consider. That was 7 years ago and our water filtering system has been trouble free since Don first installed it. Thanks Don, for the great service during our annual inspections.
