Prompt and concise Service B done on my car and they actually call when it's done. I will go back to them next time my car needs work.

Based on the number of vehicles in their yard, they seem to be popular. The reason for the rating is that they are difficult to contact and not very responsive. Had to drive my sister there so she could get an update on her vehicle after it had been there for days. Perhaps they are so busy that there is no need to provide good customer service. By the way, Still waiting after a week! So not able to rate on their mechanical abilities.

Used European Auto for my 2017 F-pace 130,000km servicing. Great communication and decent pricing. Much cheaper than the dealership. Highly recommend.

Absolutely great. Brought my Audi A6 for maintenance and addressing the check engine light. The guys were professional, laconic, and clear on my car’s issues. They got my car back into an excellent shape within the promised time frame and for a reasonable price. Great overall. Highly recommend.

My Vintage Fiat 500 was stuck at the port in Halifax and would not start. Joseph got it into his shop right away and got it running without needing new parts, which saved a lot of time when dealing with vintage cars. He then helped arrange getting it back to the shippers, getting it back on it's way to Calgary.

Horrible noise from the front end had me panicked! I managed to leave the car with them for the day and they kindly snuck me in. Looked at it the during the day and found a super simple fix and the bill was unbelievably low! Amazing service and incredibly fair pricing. I won't be going anywhere else. Obvious experts on the vehicle and found things others apparently missed!

I called, got their machine. Left my number. It's been 4 or 5 days and they haven't bothered to call back, so I can't comment on the service.

I deal with this place on a regular basis, super friendly and unpretentious staff make the repair bills not hurt so bad. Book well in advance as the good guys always have a waiting list. The cost of repairs, although not cheap are far better than talking it to the dealer, particularly Porsche.

Great first time service experience. Was referred for alignment from another trusted shop. Team was friendly and concise. Alignment was a bit cumbersome thanks to some typical Nova Scotia rust on the adjusters, needed a lot of torch time, could have charged extra hours but stuck to the quote.

These are the things that earn a long time customer.

Exceptional quality service! These guys are the true experts in European cars. I've had poor experiences at other shops when trying to get my Mercedes serviced properly. Joseph and his team at European Auto Service went beyond my expectations. My car needed some major engine repair, and they completed it quicker and for a lot less then anyone else could. Great experience with European Auto! I was in town for a few days for an emergency and I began to have an issue with my Audi A4. The guys went above and beyond to make sure the issue was taken care of.

Called about having struts on my 328i replaced, was told I would receive a call back, a week later and no call back. I ended up taking my vehicle somewhere else, not a good way to go about gaining new customers.

If you’re reading this and trying to decide which mechanic to go; this is it. I’ve been to enough places with my old Mercedes and trust me these guys will give their best to keep you satisfied.

First of all Jason and Joseph are both very friendly and kind people. The customer service experience is the best compared to any other mechanic in Halifax (Just give them a phone call and you’ll understand what I mean). I brought my Mercedes to them twice and was extremely happy about their work. They will tell you what the issue is, and provide the part for cheap. They aren’t like any other mechanic who just orders a part and charges you more at the end, they are very straight-forward and reliable about their work.

As far as I experienced they are so easy to communicate with; I’m the type of guy who asks a lot of questions about the fix and they always told me what was going on and how they were going to do it. Their labour rate is not the cheapest but with the honest and expert work that they perform, I believe that it’s definitely worth it in the long term.

I wish the best for them and their cute dog Luigi.

The SLK230 with a 60 K odometer and 5 years of ownership refused to start.
O'reagans MB diagnosed a defective ECM with consultations from Daimler.
My Money was returned two weeks later with a "no longer available comment". Dealership said "Sorry, you're on your own"

Looking for relief from this fatal car prognosis I found Barca''s Euro Garage. Even with a full garage and lot, Joe found the time to listen
to my situation and asked Jason to make room on the lot the following
week.

We are now weeks later and Joe called to say it was ready and functioning. The MB condemned car is now a functioning beauty.

All of above due to Joe's skills and abilities. He had a rebuilding
company repair the irreplacable ECM, and diagnosed the root cause
of this failure and also replaced it.

When I arrived to drop my car off I was greeted by Joseph and he also jumped on the situation and had a tech get me in right away. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with! Definitely the most helpful and positive people I’ve spoken to. I called this morning about my overheating bmw 335i, and they were more than happy to chat and give their advice on what they thought the problem was. They were positive and seemed happy to help out, which is refreshing around Halifax where most places won’t talk until they see the car and charge you $100. Keep up the great work guys, I’ll definitely be in if I need any work doing! Just a 2 min phone call was so positive and helpful, I’m more than impressed with the customer service!

Talk about service - I called at 3pm today, left the house and was home by 5 with a completely fixed car!

I had quite a few different issues with my 2011 BMW 328i, and they were able to do a quick diagnostic scan and pinpoint the issues, order the parts and replace everything right there on the spot!

I had a pleasure talking with Jason and meeting the owner Joseph and trying out some of the free drinks he had in the lobby, and there wasa friendly dog there as well.

All said and done, I got honest work done fast for literally 4 times cheaper than expected. I'm new to the city and got lucky to have found a place where I will get my oil changes done, and any other work that's needed.

I have nothing but good things to say about the owner and staff at European Auto. Fast friendly and fair. I dont bring my car anywhere else.

I went to European auto after loosing my ac and my warranty company suggested them, from my first conversation with Jason I felt I was in good hands. They went above and beyond to get me in asap and even fixed issues I was not even aware of all while working with my warranty to get everything covered for me.

You just walk away feeling taken care of and not taken advantage of, which we know cant be said about most garages. Thanks guys I appreciate it and I will be back for all my future car needs.

This is the most professional working and friendly mechanic shop I have ever been to. I had several vacuum leaks in my car and it was running very lean. I was sent to other mechanics before who could unfortunately not solve the issue. European auto always kept me updated on the process and I cant believe the results. My car is really at the peak of it's performance now. Thank you Joe and Jason for your excellent work and for your perfect customer service. I would definitely recommend their service to everyone.

This shop entirely changes the perception that mechanics aren't trustworthy. Honestly, the best experience I have ever had with a shop. Joe the owner genuinely cares about his clients and that is the most important thing in business. As a new customer I have complete trust with them and this will be the only shop I will go to as long as I live in Halifax
