I cannot say enough good things about Evolve. I was someone that hadn’t been to a gym in years, was scared to start, and in the worst shape of my life prior to joining Evolve. My friend talked me into starting Evolve’s 6 week challenge with her and it was the best decision. I’m now at the end of the 6 week challenge feeling much stronger and healthier. I’ve lost 14.9lbs in that 6 weeks. The Evolve team are all so helpful and accommodating. I loved how as a new member they offered modifications for different workouts. It really is a welcoming environment and I look forward to seeing familiar faces at my bootcamps and cardio classes. You won’t regret signing up!

Fun and motivating atmosphere with challenging and rewarding workouts. Perfect for shift workers as there are a variety of class times everyday.

I have just recently started attending classes at Evolve this past month and they have gone far beyond my expectations! I am always greeted by smiling faces from the trainers and fellow gym attendees. Starting at a new gym can be tough and intimidating but I have always felt welcomed and included at Evolve! They really do go above and beyond to help you reach your goals and they are always available to chat with when you may need! I would highly recommend Evolve to new and experienced fitness enthusiasts.

I enjoy the bootcamps. There is a variety of exercises and well paced. All the instructors are friendly and Managers are always checking in with you on a personal basis. A great motivational aspect for all participants! They have done a great job! Bravo

If you’re looking for great workouts and a good gym routine evolve fitness is where it’s at! They have a variety of class including bootcamps, cardio classes and yoga. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth checking out! 10/10

Evolve has been a great place to get back into the gym. Everyone is so warm and welcoming and helpful! Whether you’ve been going to the gym for years or just starting out there’s plenty of classes and variety. Strongly recommend giving it a try!

I only attended cardio classes at this location. But as someone at level zero for cardio, the classes moved well, had motivating instructors, and never delayed long enough to get boring.

I decided to try evolve fitness when I saw a special they were advertising for a 6 week challenge for $1.
I said why not give it a go.
I am so very happy I did. The trainers are amazing, always there when you need pointers, help with proper posture and help to modify a movement if it’s a little hard. Evolve has everything you need to crush your fitness goals. 3 weeks in and I’m down 4 inches.
You will not be disappointed

Loved the availability at this location. There is literally a bootcamp from 6 am to 8 pm on most days, so no excuses! The trainers and gym goers are amazing, helpful and motivating. Great community vibes!

Evolve is a great community with excellent coaches! Every coach makes an effort to get to know new faces and remember your name so you feel comfortable as soon as you start! The classes are challenging but fun!

I joined Evolve during a 6 week challenge and absolutely love it! I find it overwhelming to have to think of workouts to do every day but at Evolve you can just walk in and have an amazing and effective workout already planned for you! The instructors are amazing! They are friendly, really care about you and your goals, help you with your form and can give modifications if needed.

Evolve Fitness is more than a gym. It is a community motivates, inspires, and pushes you to reach your potential. The trainers were very supportive and encouraging. I always looked forward to cardio with Meech on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. If you looking for a gym where everyone is invested in your success then Evolve Fitness is for you. Stop in and check it out. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent experience at both the Bedford and Halifax locations. All the instructors are friendly and welcoming to everybody. Perfect for all fitness levels, workouts can be modified to best fit your abilities.

Evolve Halifax, amazing. Instructors very encouraging, supportive and active at watching and giving support with the exercises.
It is more than a gym or exercise facility- it is a community.

What a great gym! Staff are so friendly and motivating. Other students are so kind and helpful. Perfect gym for anyone starting out and not sure where to start.

I love going to evolve it’s a positive workout environment and they are give many options for you to choose from and never let you feel guilty for your choices. I loved taking Aaron classes, always a good vibe and great workout!

I participated at the 6 week challenge, and it really helped me get into a routine, build confidence. I’ve never been to a gym where I truly felt cared and supported. I was awed by especially Henrick where he was making sure to offer me alternative workouts knowing my disc injury. I truly appreciated that so much because I never felt that supported at any other gym. Loved the community and I can’t wait to join full time!

Amazing habit building, long-lasting, & wholistic approach to exercise and self-care! Spread of workout classes options, timings/days distribution, and the workout experience itself with different trainers have all felt very welcoming and supportive.

I attended the Yoga sessions at Evolve Halifax (to compliment the bootcamps at the Bedford location). All classes exuded a calming and welcoming atmosphere. Each session left me feeling rejuvenated, with a perfect balance of challenging poses and soothing relaxation. The variety in class themes keeps things fresh and exciting. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, these classes cater to all levels. I highly recommend these classes, especially to those needing to stretch out sore muscles between bootcamps!

Joined for the 6 week challenge and have loved my time here! Can’t wait to continue my fitness journey with the community/team at evolve

Bedford location ŵas my go to Facility only because it was closer.amazing Coaches in both Bedford and Halifax locations. Dartmouth and Enfield were to far for me to travel. Both locations made me feel welcomed, thry treat you like family. Thank you for this gift of feeling stronger and more confident in my workouts and always there to assist and push me when needed for results.
