Fabricville - Fabric Store

I am so tired of having to wait in line so long at checkout. Every time I visit any Fabricville location, the check out process is excruciatingly slow.

The staff have 0 customer service. Not one staff asked me if they could help me while I was in the store and more than one occasion staff members walked in front of me without saying excuse me and expected me to move or wait for them to finish doing whatever they were doing. This was my second and last time at the store.

All staff members were awesome but the lady (wearing scarf on head) behind cutting table was rude. I just requested for a moment to change my decision about how much cloth I would buy bcz it was not cut yet. I think it was a normal thing I did. Customers usually take time and make their final decision on cutting table. But the lady targetted my whole community for changing their decision about the length of the cloth on cutting table. I just felt offended but I still replied her with smile and she didnt smile back. If there were a long queue, I could have understood that why I requested for some time to change decision. But there was no customer behind me. Atleast she should not have commented on my community. Then I was leaving table without a slip they give. I just forgot the slip and the lady said "excuse me" in very rude tone to give me the slip. Hey, I was not stealing your fabric but I was still thinking about the comment you gave me so I wanted to leave the table immediately. I was
forgetting the slip in hurry. You should have used a polite tone. And dont ever show me your judgemental attitude. You ruined my visit.

They have a great selection of quilting cotton, it's a shame at $29.99 per meter they don't cut a straight line.

The staff is always so nice, and the clearance in the back is a wonderful creative inspiration.

I love going and seeing the Spring fabrics coming in.
The Winter fabrics on sale.
Clear out of older patterns for a few dollars, I got a few.
Great store.

We can buy patterns at this store.
A lot of choice of fabrics, yarns and stuff.
Usually they have section on sale.
Membership card available for an other Discount.
